Dr. Erfan Imeni, DDS

It was my first time seeing Dr Imeni at his practice and when I left I felt that I had known him for many years. I felt comfortable talking to him about my treatment and options. He is honest and will ensure that each of his patients get the best possible treatment. Thank you 😊.

I walked in .......HOPING , and he and his staff made me feel so very welcome there. He talked to me and explained everything in detail and offered different things for different circumstances. I was a little worried because I didn't know how much experience he had with doing what I wanted done, so ive been contemplating on getting different providers to do a same scenario checkup and see what their price ranges are. All in all I'm thinking Dr. Imeni will be my choice of process. If you're looking for a great choice , a great Dental Dr. I'd say he's a TOP choice . Dr.Imeni is great Dr. To have, he loves the attention to small detail and NAILS it as soon as something doesn't look right he's on it. He is constantly learning in his trade and is taking strides to make his practice a TOP dog deal. I am very pleased so far with the entire staff at Smile Design , I don't think I could have chosen a better place for dental work. And I've been looking and on the fence for YEARS. Thank you all at Smile design for a wonderful experience so far.

Smile Design has changed. When I called to make my appointment back in November, Maria stated there’s a 2 month wait, and then she just sat on the line, silent. I don’t believe she’s customer service oriented. Anyhow, I said oh okay, so the text contacting me about making an appointment was just computer generated? She then stated available time slots. I didn’t get to see Dr. Imeni, which was disappointing because he’s the Dr. that I was use to and I trusted him as a dentist for myself and family. I asked for him and was told that I’m considered a new patient because I hadn’t had a cleaning in several years and that he’s rarely seen because he focuses solely on implants. Which is all fine and dandy, I wish him well. However, he should list the new dentist that he hired along with a summary about her on his website. When I first found Dr. Imeni years ago…it was because I googled reviews on him. The new hygienist I saw was kind but the cleaning felt rushed, the new dentist came in, I addressed my concerns with her and she told me what I needed and mentioned getting extra, like new bridges, and all I could think was that this is about how much money they can make. I entertained her with the oh yeah, sure, I was thinking that too, NOT! I did mention that the idea made me nervous and she cavalierly replied, well you have route canals in both bridges, as if I’m not going to feel pain and I should be okay with replacing perfectly functioning bridges. Upon checkout and receiving my summary, the young lady with blonde braids was rude. She said she couldn’t breakdown what my 2 insurances were each covering and she wasn’t even trying to be helpful, just rude. We won’t be back, it didn’t feel warm and welcoming anymore. More like a fast paced, get them in, get them out, focused on how much money they can make. I’ve since found another dentist and not surprisingly, he stated that I don’t need new crowns or bridges. So, beware.

Dr imeni was super nice and very good. He took my very nervous wife and calmed her down so easy. He removed all her teeth and she got full implants in one day. She had a bit of a rough night the 1st night but the next morning no pain and she is very happy. Everyone in the office was top notch. We made a great choice.

I felt at ease from the moment I walked in. Everyone was friendly and really care about the patients. Dr. Imani is the best! Everyone told me how bad I would feel the day after. I had a trip home planned for the next day. I did fine. I had my work done 5 days ago. The swelling is gone, my gums stopped bleeding by the 2nd morning. Except for a few bruises you wouldn't know I had all my teeth removed and full implants 5 days ago. Thanks to the excellent care and after care instructions! Highly recommend!

This comes as a disappointment considering all I have seen is positive reviews. Yes they are very polite, yes the scene is amazing. But I feel that instead of a basic cleaning I found myself being nudged to get these dental implants. Not really what I was planning. After deciding to move forward with partials I found that they had not been ordered. So now I get informed about teeth cleaning. Oh did I mention the cost of implants is like a down payment on a house. Then there are these lending institutions with interest that will keep you enslaved until death. So no Ive got a very bad taste in my mouth now for Smile Design. I seems as though the bottom line is the sale of teeth. Which is OK if that's it. But here's a little secret. I'm poor. So maybe its all me. Oh I did get these temporary crowns, only I didn't know they were temps. Maybe I should find a new Dentist as my review won't have you running unless you got the money, or you are self insured.

From start to finish, my visit was phenomenal! The whole staff is pleasant and super friendly! Going here puts my mind at ease knowing I’m in good hands! I’m so grateful to be apart of the Smile design family 💜
