Encore Paradise Park

This is our second year staying at Paradise Park. We were there for about three months last year and enjoyed it so much we just had to return. The grounds are beautiful with palm trees everywhere and the pool, showers, and laundry room are all wonderful. But the main reason we returned was for the people! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming it’s easy to just settle in and feel at home. And if you need the folks in the office, Delilah and Carmen are the best, you can tell they really care! So, if you need a break in paradise, now you know just where to go, see ya there!

Great spot in the RGV Awesome staff especially Reuben as he is super helpful! The train and expressway noise is excessive. Choose my own quieter site in rear of park, |Price is not bad and office girls are beautiful and very helpful. Nice clean laundry. Tons of activities even though I don’t partake, secure park. Coyotes outside of park are plentiful and vocal!

We have absolutely fallen in love with Encore Paradise RV Park! We came from a different Encore property to in the area. We loved the first Park too, but these guys here are Paradise are some of the NICEST people we have ever met!!! We drove through the park before we arrived and were a little concerned because there is a lot of improvements taking place right now. We are full time Class A travelers so I called the office to make sure we would even fit in their RV spots as we are a big rig so they made sure to put us in a spot that could fit us well! Carmen (the office manager) assured us and she pulled through for us as we absolutely LOVE where we are. Now, my husband’s sister and her husband are coming to spend Thanksgiving with us in their travel trailer. Carmen made sure they could be right next to us and Rueben made sure that all the hookups right next door to us work properly! THANK YOU CARMEN AND RUEBEN!! Some things in the park are still under construction and that’s ok because once the improvements are done anything will be possible here. Please, come visit Encore’s Paradise Park … you won’t be sorry!!!

We drive down every two years with our two dogs to spend Christmas with my mom. She rents one of the park models for us. When we had a problem with the TV, Adrian came over right away to fix it. The bed isn’t the most comfortable but the rest of the park model works well for us.| It’s always been a great stay. The pool is clean and great. The park is clean of garbage. The people here are friendly and helpful. There are always lots of activities going on for the residents.|This is our fourth time staying here and we enjoy it every time.

Our stay at this RV resort was wonderful! The sites and amenities were clean. I enjoyed the fitness center and the adorable library they have. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Our check in went smoothly thanks to Carmen, she gave us a welcome folder with all the information we needed. We'll definitely be com8ng back!

I'm a full time resident of Paradise Park and have to say our park manager Delaila Zarate is amazing. She really does a great job maintaining the park and amenities. Our office manager Carmen Barron is also great: efficient, professional, and helpful. And I only have good things to say about our maintenance crew, led by Adrian Alanis. The park itself is a great community to live in. The amenities include putt putt, shuffleboard, horseshoes, billiards, a game room, a quilting room, a fitness center, a beautiful library, and saving the best for last, an awesome heated pool with water aerobics Mon through Sat. There are always fun activities happening.

We enjoyed our stay, park was very clean. Carmen was always available to help during our stay. The maintenance guys made sure our site was good.
