I had a bad result from my eyebrow threading. I was flinching during the threading itself and communicated that, but it wasn’t obvious that I got bruised until a few days later when the bruises became brown. Pictures attached. The threading process needs to be smoother and gentle and listen to customers when they raise concern, however small. It’s already hard for people to raise it up when they are in pain especially during a process when it is supposed to be slightly painful, but it’s up to the person doing the threading to pay attention and adjust according to the reaction of the skin.

This has been one of my favorite beauty salons in Bay Area, I have been coming here for few years now. The only complaint I have is they are not good at Brazilian waxing. I got whole body waxing but instead of Brazilian wax for private area they do the regular wax in the private areas which is very painful later on. I tried voicing this concern to the owner and she just continued doing the same thing, which was not at all nice. My favorite so far is Amarjeet, she always makes me feel comfortable!

Eyebrows threading was good but could be more better. The prices are good. Don’t forget to take the reward card. You can get your 7th threading for free with 6 stamps on the card. Thanks again for the service

Extremely good price for the area to accommodate local students - $30 for full face threading! I love how my eyebrows turned out and it was much less painful than what I usually experience. Thank you so much!
