Deep Lounge Nail Salon deserves a big high five! ⭐️ From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, the experience is truly exceptional. The first thing I noticed was how clean and fresh everything felt—there’s none of that strong nail-product smell you get at so many other places. The space is beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly relaxing. I got a pedicure and a lash lift, and I absolutely loved the work they did. The attention to detail and the care they put into their services really shows. I left feeling pampered and refreshed. I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend

I never leave reviews but feel totally ripped off from going here. Was in town for business and wanted to treat myself to a nice gel mani. The service was extremely rough, and unsanitary (the technician was using dirty water that I was previously soaking my cuticles in to rinse off the exfoliant, I asked her to refresh it and she rolled her eyes but obliged). After all that, my nails chipped the day after. Here are pics three days later - literally every nail is already lifting because the paint was applied over my cuticle and sloppily). I live in nyc and even by my standards this was a rip off. Go anywhere else!

3.5/5 This place was highly recommended by my friend, and I drove 45 minutes two days before my wedding. Unfortunately, I’m a bit underwhelmed with the quality and the service I received. Pros: 1. The person I believe is the owner/manager is very kind 2. They give you a bottle of water or sparkling water 3. Facility is new 4. My sister’s nail tech was amazing! She really loved her nail tech. I believe her name was Samantha and she did a great job on her nails (not pictured) 5. My pedicure was great Cons: 1. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the best experience here. I got a gel mani and regular pedicare. It felt like my nail tech was really rushing through my nails, she didn’t check to make sure I like the color and I really had to speak up for myself. 2. I didn’t feel like I could relax; she asked me to turn off my massage chair at one point and while she was efficient, i had water dripping all my pants and filed nails all over my jacket sleeves because she was rushing 3. I asked her to close the gap between the nail and gel mani. She said when we apply chrome it will fill up - as you can see in the photo, it looks very messy like my cuticle wasn’t cleaned. I also asked her to clean out the edges and she never did. I’m just disappointed that I specifically pointed out the issue in real time and she didn’t want to address it Overall, I think it could be a good experience jf you get a good nail tech but given that my nail was $82 before tip, there could be more attention to details for sure. All the photos posted are within hours of service. Not bad, but not great either - which is disappointing because these are my wedding nails

I would love a refund. I got dazzle dry manicure and after one day - the manicure is chipped and looks awful. Pedicure has held up pretty well (also DD, same color) *update:* There was a quick follow up on this review and made it right. Dazzle dry was new, and the team is working on making it better so other patrons don’t have the same experience. Very professional 👍👍👍

Always love coming here to get my nails done. Linda is my personal favorite! They are very accommodating to any design requests. Will definitely be coming back.

Dep is amazing and always my go-to. My nail tech, Mimi, absolutely ate with these nails. I had gel builder and unfortunately broke one of my nails. Mimi used a gel-x for the one broken nail and it blends in seamlessly with the rest. She painted so close to the cuticle and made the builder look flawless. It’s a bit pricier than other salons but there’s a reason and it’s definitely worth it. My nails look downright gorgeous I can’t stop staring at them. Always will come back 100% of the time. Love them.
