LOVE coming here to spoil myself. Everything about LaBelle is beautiful, the atmosphere, the staff, the services! I had Julie today for a facial and she was WONDERFUL! Constantly checking in with me for feedback and went above and beyond in making me feel special. My Mum bought me a gift card over the phone from Australia and Ohn (sp?) helped her get it. She told me to say Hi to him and he remembered her and said to say Hi back. That's great customer service. It's extra nice if you turn up a little early and get a bonus foot soak, warmed neck pillow and beverage. Thank you! Today was wonderful!

I have been meaning to write a review for LaBelle Day Spa, which is my favorite place to go for pedicures, massages and makeup, and has been so for many many years now. The receptionists are always so kind and professional, booking and rebooking as need be with lots of patience and understanding. My 88 year old mother had suffered a stroke, was wheelchair bound and could not cut her own toenails, so I made pedicure appointments for both me and her during this tough time, and both Molly and Ashley worked together to make both of us feel comfortable, often having to move things around so the wheelchair would fit, and they went out of their way to give my mother a feeling of dignity and that she was being pampered. I genuinely felt that they cared about her. As for me, I have very sensitive feet, so Molly was quite understanding and still did the best job possible despite my own squeamishness about having anyone scrub the bottom of my feet. Finally, I recently began seeing Diane for makeup, as it was a new year's resolution of mine to learn how to properly apply makeup. She did an excellent job explaining things to me and showing me how to do each step. She also did a great job of applying makeup that was suitable for my age (I am no spring chicken), and everyone who saw my "after" picture thought I looked amazing, but didn't even realize that it was the makeup. That is what I call a successful makeup application.

I’ve been seeing Elle for years for cut and balayage and she is great. She pays attention to what I ask for and the results are beautiful. Her cuts grow out very well too. The services are pricey but worth it!

Update: to my service back in Sept. I received a call from the manager of Labelle Spa who was very apologetic about the poor experience I had. She offered me a "Re-do" of services (NO charge) and I chose to book another facial. My visit was yesterday Dec 13 and the facial was wonderful! It was like night and day compared to my last visit. The care that Julie took with the facial was skillfully authentic. I was so relaxed and my face was so clean and glowing when I left the spa. I would highly recommend Julie as she has a gentle touch that was pampering. I was pleased with the service and even purchased recommended products. I left my original review, so that others can see Labelle Spa made a come back because they truly care enough to keep an average client like me coming back for more. Thank you for making my opinion matter! See you soon") The facial was basic, nothing outstanding. My pedi and mani were booked after my facial but it was a rushed job. They were in a hurry to leave and my service was poor as a result. It was my first and will be my last mani pedi there. It was already expensive but I felt I deserved to treat myself. However, it ended up a bad investment.

I always leave the salon feeling confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and reliable master hair stylist.

Donald for massage! Kim for nails! Nicole for facials! I have been coming to La Belle for many years and always receive amazing service. Highlights include: Donald for massage - he is truly amazing and hands down the best massage therapist I've ever had (and I have been to many over the years). He has amazing technique and knows exactly what to do in order to provide immediate and lasting relief from aches, pains, and spasms. I have become a regular due to how incredible his technique is. Chronic and acute pains are relieved immediately after seeing Donald and there is almost never any lingering muscle soreness afterward. Donald is so so friendly and always goes above and beyond to provide a relaxing environment and amazing massage. Kim for nails - she always does a perfect job and knows what shapes and colors look best. While La Belle is a bit pricier than the usual nail joint - it's worth paying extra knowing you'll have an appointment, on time, and a comfortable and relaxing environment. Nicole for facials - she is so so good and knows all the products and is able to adjust and customize based on skin type. No matter what facial I get with Nicole - my skin always feel and looks amazing afterward.

I went to LaBelle on my birthday to get a full body massage to help me relax. I had Jack and he did an amazing job understanding my comfort level and did an amazing job! I highly recommend to anyone and will be there again soon.
