Nail 4 Sure

Updated: Everyone is rude. The what I think is the owner speaks/looks at you like you are bothering her with any type of question. Yen wasn’t in and they did not seem very bothered to help me out. I asked if they had any pictures of past work, the one girl just looked at the owner and there was a long pause of silence because she got up and walked towards me to just repeat that Yen will be in at 2pm which wasn’t helping since I had plans at 2pm. The whole vibe was not good at all. I ended up going to a nail shop called "Lovely Nails" a few minutes away where I got 5 star service and nails. If you come, I recommend only if Yen is there otherwise everyone else is rude. Which is why I changed my rating. 3 star for customer service 5 stars for Yen alone. (Original review) Yen did my names and OMG she is the BEST 100% go to her. She took time to get the shape and made sure it was perfect and everything and she is so sweet.

Not the worst service, but definitely very close to worst. The lady who worked on my nails didn’t even answer when I asked for her name. Any ways, I showed her a picture of what I wanted. I only wanted one simple design on one nail. Each hand, nothing fancy or too much detail. Right away she gesture like I was asking her to air brush or freehand drawings on each nail. So, I had to make her job a whole lot easier by down grading to simple pink and white tip no design what so ever. It took two hours from beginning to end. It was simple fills, cut down and color. She started the color process. I saw her applying nude color when clearly on the picture I showed her was pink and white tip. I had to stop her and asked her again to make it pink. She wasn’t rude, but I could tell I was getting on her nerves because my son made a comment wondering how much longer. Final result one thumb shorter than the other and immediately white tip shipped off. Lousy and poor service. I still tip her $12 and paid the $55.00 I seriously feel like I was asking for too much. I don’t t mind paying a reasonable $60-70 but when I’m not getting the service I ask for I do mind even the $55.00 SORRY!! I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS NAIL PLACE. AT ALL I’m going to look for somewhere else.

I would like to say that they are really good and amazing at doing nails. They have lasted a whole week and not all nail salons last a week. They work fast but efficient with there work. Definitely would recommend. They ask how they are doing so far and also ask if there is something wrong with anything. Again would recommend definitely.

Tammy was wonderful. I was already having a bad day before I walked in and after getting my French manicure my whole day turned around. She was very friendly, caring and professional. This salon also pays attention to details, the salon is very sterile. I really enjoyed my visit. I will definitely come back. I’d honestly give Tammy more than five stars if I could 😁.

I have been having my nails done by Kim the owner for over 20 years. She has kept me coming back due to her amazing talent and warm sense of humor. Great services and they all make you feel like your part of their family

Imagine walking into a saloon of an old western movie... and everyone looks at you like you don't belong there. I should have left but I was in a hurry and short on time. It was convenient. The work was good enough. The owner did not like questions or responding to requests. It seemed like my requests were annoying to her. Mind you, I only wanted a color change, no fill, no designs, no reshaping, just color change. Money wasn't an issue, maybe they assumed it because I was in sweats? Or Asian? I don't know or just not an established customer, but after this, I won't be. It felt like she had her established regulars and didn't want any new business. Not the customer service I was used to from other salons. It was as if they did not want to help me, because when I walked in, they acted like my being there was an inconvenience. I actually told them if they did not have time, it was okay. Instead, I was misled and I won't return here.

Visited with my daughter. Our cuticles were not pushed back, nail shape was uneven & different lengths, gel polish wasn't wiped from under the tip of the nail so it cured making the tips thick. Mine lasted 2 weeks before they started to pop off. My nails looked like I needed a fill after a week because I had to push my cuticles back due to them growing under the acrylics.
