Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I walked in with my babies and double stroller, first time customer and no appointment. I was taken care of right away. Angela did a wonderful job, did everything I asked for. (Even picked up my phone every time my baby would drop it).Great customer service.

Ms. Lupita did an amazing coloring my hair. I haventAnd only cut inches of it. I loved how she washed my hair and style it also.

I made an appointment a week ahead of time and told them exactly what I wanted and asked that they book me for the most amount of time possible for this appointment so they didn’t feel rushed and I was able to get all the highlights I wanted. I arrived at my appointment and was told she was 30 min behind schedule and I said ok and got something to eat. She did not finish her other clients until AN HOUR post my appointment. I don’t have all the time in the world as I have kids and one of which is a baby so I wasted my time making an appointment and coming here to get my hair done. I don’t recommend this place as they had several hair dressers just sitting around and only the one who did color and none of them cared about my time. I ended up just getting a cut and was unable to get my hair dyed because they over booked themselves. I won’t be coming back here.

This place is very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to properly put down your personal information. I came 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment At 4:00 PM. I told them on the phone what I wanted before I got there. When I got there, the unprofessionalism was immediately displayed. The lady didn’t have my name correctly written down and they didn’t have any of my personal information. I gave her my information and signed in. After I signed in I was told to go sit down and she asked me what I wanted (even though they should have known that already) and I told her. She said "Oh, we have you down for a haircut." I told her what I specifically wanted (which was a balayage) and she said she couldn’t do that cause they close at 6:00 pm and it would take 3 hours. So you mean to tell me, you had my name incorrect, my service incorrect and now you’re telling me you can’t provide me ANY service? I told her I had already bought the Groupon and she told me "we don’t take Groupons anymore" so maybe that’s something they should clarify beforehand. She told me I had to leave and come back another time. I was so unbelievably upset, she already seemed to have a rude behavior. I’ve never complained in a review in my life until now. I had a scheduled appointment with wrong information and got told that I have to leave cause they can’t provide me any service. A professional person that made a mistake like that may have suggested staying just that 1 hour after they close since they messed up on their part

Monty at Fantastic Sam's is always reliable to cut my hair. I trust her customer service and work. She is friendly and can always squeeze me in her Appt's. Very good service.
