After trying several nail salons in chula Vista this one was a winner! I've been back 4 times now and the consistency is great! Good prices for pedicures and they are attentive and thorough with their services! So glad to finally have found a reliable nail salon!

I had given them a great review a while back but I’ve been consistently disappointed with service and quality the last few times. After this last service I will not be going back. I got a gel manicure a day before vacation and it looked nice. 2 days later (I was out of town already) one of the gels chipped. Then a few days after the gel edges started to lift a little and it just did not look nice anymore. I was gone for a week and went back to salon about 12 days after the service and I explained what happened but I was only offered excuses. No apologies and not even a discount for a redo. The tech said it was peeling because my nails were too thin (it had been 9 months since I had had gel and this had never happened to me before). But when he was removing the gel it literally just peeled away without any effort. That’s when he did say something about my base not being done right because he was able to just peel off. Still no apologies or discount. I paid for a new set plus gratuity. Photo is what they looked like on the day I went back to salon. There were a few chips on the other hand as well but not as much.

Worst manicure experience I’ve ever had. They rushed through the entire process in 20 minutes. I had gel to remove and the tech used a mechanical rotating file to remove the gel and "trim" my cuticle. It hurt to say the least… She removed some of my natural nail in the process as they’re now thin and really tender. The manicure is terrible as I still have visible cuticle around the nails. She did a horrible job painting- see photo attached with a piece of hair stuck in the nail I didn’t see until looking at them when she finished. I quietly asked to speak to the manager but no discount was offered or provided. I didn’t accept their offer to redo the nail as my nails were already hurting so bad. Will never go back.

Went in for a full set and pedicure. Pedicure was nice. Full set, my nails started breaking only a few days later. Before two weeks one whole hand had messed up nails. Super disappointed. This has never happened before and I’ve gone to plenty different salons.

Worst place the person that been doing my nails does a bad job she always looks like she hates her job and only gets happy when she gets her tip . Besides the lady that sits in the front desk has a attitude never smile they make you feel like you getting everything done free . Worst place to go too their gel colors chip to fast

Beautiful and clean! They gave my friend and I a fantastic service! The prices are reasonable and the ladies are very professional! I highly recommend to visit this place! Next time I will stay for a 60 minutes service!

I went to get a full set and was disappointed. Some techs push the cuticle back some don’t. The nail tech I received services from didn’t. My nails look like I need a fill in a week or so. The mail polish is horrible!!
