The best facial experience ever! Jenny was so good had the firming facial and my skin does not feel dry literally after one visit that speaks highly of this spa! Definitely coming back and recommending to everyone I know such a soothing and relaxing place A+++ for cleanliness and array of products so much to choose from also upon arrival and leaving they provide you with the best tasting tea if your into that…. I have spent the last decade trying to find the right aesthetician in NYC, and I am so happy I came across SKN Spa and Yoyo! The facility is spotlessly clean (I especially love the bathroom), staffed by friendly people, and the Eminence products are organic and have been a true miracle for my skin. I look forward to my facials with Yoyo because I leave feeling so relaxed and I feel like I have baby skin again! She takes her time every step along the way and provides great tips for maintaining my skin’s appearance. Although the extractions hurt, my congested pores are noticeably smaller and my skincare and makeup go on so much smoother in the days after. I absolutely LOVE the seaweed mask she uses! My skin is ALWAYS glowing and hydrated afterwards, and ever since seeing Yoyo I have received compliments on my glowing complexion. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and length of their services— truly a hidden gem that I highly recommend for anyone looking for a new aesthetician. Go see my girl Yoyo!

This is a wonderful hidden gem in the heart of Manhattan. One of the best facials I’ve ever had in my life. Sylvia is incredible. So knowledgeable and thorough. The facility is spotless and gleaming. The products are super high quality and organic. I always leave feeling amazing.

Second time here yesterday. First time was back in 2019 and in their old space. I like this new place better. My husband and I were the first hour appointments on a Sunday morning so understanding it was a Sunday, it was a slower start but no complaints, the least you can do on a Sunday is make it less relaxing. We both got the Customized Facial which was 90 mins so I like that the aesthetician took her time to assess my skin's current state and see what I especially needed for the day. I got Yoyo and not only was she nice and fun to talk to, I felt that she was thorough and while extractions hurt like a mother, you actually want that to fully clean your skin's congestion and mine was due to the amount of flying and travels I did during the summer. I also pretty enjoy how clean the room and overall place was (and so is the bathroom especially!) and that I get to be tucked in a weighted blanket when I got a bit chilly. Lastly, I especially love Eminence products. They're not cheap and they definitely deliver glowing results. I've trusted it through the years. All these and more made us get a package. So there'll definitely be more SKN spa sessions in store! Will update the review as applicable. Thanks Yoyo and SKN Spa team!

I've been getting facials here for years because the experience is simply unparalleled -- always a clean, comfortable and professional environment. Sylvia is hands down the best aesthetician I've ever had, and I make sure to book appointments exclusively with her! Her knowledge and expertise is extremely helpful and appreciated. She keeps it real and lets me know if I can be doing anything better to improve my skin without being overbearing. On top of that, she's kind, gentle and has a great sense of humor. Highly recommend this place and especially Sylvia!

I have been a loyal customer of SKN for many years and like their technicians/ service. Recently, I tried to purchase a gift certificate on special. My mistake that I didn’t take into account the time change (I was in Central Time). Despite my years of patronage at the spa, I was told it was "company policy" not to honour my Black Friday facial special. Very sad…
