The front desk staff was very kind. I understand when a stylist is unable to give you what you want, but there is absolutely no need to be rude. Extremely rude, talking over me the second I met the stylist. Would not recommend. This is the first review I have ever left. She was so unkind; I was shocked and left the salon in tears.

I tend to be really picky when it comes to my haircuts. I love the more edgy, creative styles but always told I have difficult hair to cut. Their cutting specialist Lori kills it every time!

I recently visited this amazing hair salon and had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Ana! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so welcoming and relaxed. Ana really took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me the perfect cut! She’s super talented and made sure to pay attention to every detail, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I absolutely love how my hair turned out—it’s exactly what I had in mind and even better than I expected. The salon itself has a really chic vibe and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommend both salon and Ana if you’re looking for a professionals , I’ll definitely be coming back!

Margaret is the absolute best! She took the time to listen to what I wanted and ensured I was happy with the end result. Also, just a pleasure to chat with! Highly recommend!

Great place, the staff are wonderful, and my hairdresser Jill is the best. UPDATE.. Goran Coban Salon is so great during these COVID19 times they are even reaching out to assist in temporary fix while they are closed for the DIY and working to make sure the appointments you are missing can be rescheduled love them. New update the Lincoln Park location moved to this location, and since Jill is so great, I have no problem going to this location, which is very nice.

Tasha is amazing - seriously she has done magical things to my hair. I had a bad experience with another stylist that fried my hair, Tasha completely saved it with toner alone. Thank you SO much … I wish I had before pictures to share.
