Nvague Hair salon Atlanta (누벨바그헤어살롱)

It was the worst experience I've ever had in a hair salon. I showed a reference picture of a perm (vintage perm) but Sarah ( who serviced me) end up making an old fashion, regular, perm and charged me $200! When we had a consultation session before the service, she never responded to me or carried the conversation. She looked mundane.

The owner worked on my hair and the color looks nothing like the picture I showed him. Very disappointed as the highlights are very uneven and have an orange undertone.

Interesting experience. Walked in and was not greeted. Walked up to the desk to let them know I had an appointment scheduled. No one bothered to even come up or ask me, so I sat down and waited till one of the stylists checked out a client. The haircut was affordable and very fast. She was polite. It was not my favorite cut, but it was decent for the price.

Color was perfect! It’s the first time that I got this color. Initially, the designer recommended few colors which were suitable for me and I choose that color myself. New color, new experience, and great service! Appreciate all of your effort!

Got a cut and color by Hyun Seob (현섭쌤) today and I’m so happy with how it turned out! He totally got the look I wanted and took such great care of everything. Definitely booking again next time — thank you!!

The stylist is one of the top in skills and does a great job with your hair. The reason why I would take away two stars is due to his time management. He schedules too many clients. My first time at the salon, he did a meticulous and thorough job. I was super satisfied. But as soon as I became a regular customer, I have received less than stellar service. The last time he cut my hair, he did it in such a hurry that it looked pretty messy. He should not schedule so many clients at once and offer more consistent care.

I absolutely love this salon! They really know how to treat my hair. My hair has been so healthy ever since I discovered this salon. They are very professional and knowledgeable about what they are doing. Prices are also very reasonable. They treat me like family here and i just love it.👍😉
