I’d give it half of a star if I could. Two of the women that were working on 4/24 around 5:45/6pm are absolutely TERRIBLE. They were rude to my SEVEN year old son. Embarrassed him so bad. He’s ADHD and sometimes cannot control his emotions. He got upset because he said it was hurting around his ear. The girl (blonde hair and big ole glasses) was somewhat nice at first but VERY quickly got irritated with my son and snatched the cape off of him and said "I’m not doing this. I can’t do this if he’s gonna act like that!". Did not even bother trying to give him a chance. And then the girl behind her that was cutting my husband’s hair , turns to look at him with a look of disgust and says "do you see my baby over there ? She lets me cut her hair and doesn’t make a sound and SHE’S ONE !" Very rudely and that made him feel absolutely terrible about himself. I am BEYOND disappointed with this place. We go there all the time and I’ve never encountered either one of them, THANK GOD , until this evening. We will NOT be returning to this unprofessional "business".

The owner is so nice and always there! She does a great cut. I have had another lady cut also and she is really good too. Great customer service and by far the best haircut I have had in Abilene, hands down. My brother, my dad, and a friend have all gone and think she is the best too. You wont' regret your visit!

This is one of the worst experiences of my life. I feel really butchered and I’m going to another salon ASAP. Lady did NOT pay attention to my reference photo and just kept cutting my hair shorter and shorter. I wanted a Bob that was longer in the front, she just gave me a Bob and got the thinning clippers after my hair but only ONE SIDE of the back of my head. After I told her my hair was too short she SHRUGGED and said "Oh well" and "hair grows back" I got places to be lady. Anyways. If I could give this 0 stars I definitely would. I’m not even sure the lady ever went to cosmetology school. She said my hair was too thick for what I wanted and she couldn’t admit that she messed up. Paid her though I shouldn’t have, that was a waste of money and hair.

The staff is extremely friendly! The lady who cut my hair took her time and did an excellent job. This has been the best haircut I have ever gotten from a barbershop, and they have restored my faith in paying to get my hair cut instead of doing it myself. Thank you, Best Clips!

I put off getting my hair cut as long as possible every time. I usually can't find anyone who can cut my hair well. Dipa did a fantastic job, took her time and even did the cut dry to make sure it worked well for my curls. Most stylists will only work my hair wet (which means straight) and it doesn't work once dry and curly. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and I am very happy with her work. The barber is also very professional, he had a walk-in client just after I arrived, and went over clipper settings, different lengths and growth rates on different parts of her super short cut. I highly recommend this locally owned small business.
