Honestly, this saddens me to type. For months and months I had a wonderful experience at 325. My stylist moved, and I’ve tried requesting and booking appointments with others at this salon. After requesting appointments, calling the salon, leaving voice messages, AND trying to message through their app, I have not heard back from anyone. I booked an appointment elsewhere. THEN this morning (after 2-3 weeks of this), I finally had my appointment confirmed. So now I get the joy of figuring out how in the world to get in touch with them to communicate that I DO NOT want the appointment. Unreliable.
