She’s been so hands-on and supportive through this entire process, I am so grateful to have crossed paths with Janice! If you’re thinking about going independent, just take the leap! From the very first moment we met Janice, she made us feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable. Even though we arrived a bit late and there were other people waiting to see her, she never made us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Instead, she kindly took the time to give us a tour first. The tour itself was brief, but incredibly well done. She explained everything so clearly, patiently, and thoughtfully, making sure we understood all the details. I’m very pleasantly surprised about my new haircut that Valentine did to me! He is very easy going hairstylist with a lot of years of experience. Gave me some advices about my hair. Definitely will recommend his services to anyone who looking to get hair cut or color. He knows what he does and listens to all of your needs. It was pleasure to meet him. I want to take a moment to express my appreciation for Salons by JC (Chelsea location) where I've been a business owner since 2017. It is truly one of the best places to operate a business. Janice, our concierge, plays a significant role in my decision to keep my business here. She not only makes sure that every part of the facility is beautifully maintained, but her commitment to both us and our clients is outstanding. Janice is kind, patient, and incredibly responsive, but above all, she is very welcoming. She makes my clients feel at home, attending to their needs while they wait for their services. She informs them about the amenities available, offers advice on everything from local dining options to the best places and times for convenient parking. She has built such a strong connection with them that they often miss her when she has to cover for her colleagues at other Salons by JC locations or when she’s out running errands and picking up refreshments so we can take a moment to recharge. I am immensely grateful for her support and how she consistently fosters a strong sense of community among us all. Thank you, Janice, for everything you do; your efforts never go unnoticed.

Concierge Manager Janice Rohoman is so rude and unprofessional. She has such a bad attitude and is awful to the clients as well as the stylists who work there. The fact that she is the first face you encounter walking in is tragic for clients. Salons by JC, you need to do better.

If you’re looking for becoming an independent hairstylist this is the place for you. Salon By Jc‘s concierge will help you set up your suite and all the paperwork you need to become an independent booth renter within salon by JC’s co-working community. Employees lounge give you the opportunity to connect with other hairdressers and the individual suite to give you the privacy and deeper connection with clients without any distractions. I have been here for 4 years, I can’t imagine going back to traditional Salon setting again.
