It’s disappointing when you show up at a store at 9:30 and there’s already a sign on the door saying we apologize for the inconvenience and associate will be back in 20 minutes. You just opened. Why are you leaving the store for 20 minutes that doesn’t make a lot of sense maybe in the middle of the day like I totally would understand taking a break, but when you first open like I don’t understand, they open at 9 AM. There should be no reason why the doors are locked at 9:40 with a sign on the door, saying we apologize for the inconvenience.

I went in this store very happy for what I was about to do to my hair. As a matter of fact when I came into the store I saw two ladies who look like they were shopping. One with bright red hair, a color I had been attempting to achieve for years. She had it perfect. I walked up to her and I said wow how did you get that color. She started educating me on what she did to get the intensity of color. Turns out she was the store manager. She then proceeded to ask me if I wanted her to take all of my items that I had gathered through the store while she was walking with me choosing items to the register. At first I had no problem with it. It was a strange request but she seemed to be nice. My daughter and I continued to shop. After the initial asking she kept coming and taking my things as I gathered more. Reluctantly said I sure. She was so pushy I felt like I had to in order to stop some kind of invisible argument. She took my things to the register my daughter and I are still shopping in the store every time I got more items in my hands she would come and ask me if I wanted her to take those and if I refused like I did twice would insist that she take them and put them at the register and then would walk through me and my daughter every chance she got. when I finally did get to the register one of the other workers had put my things back on the Shelf even though she assured me that that was normal practice for their store to take the customers valuables out of their hands and put them at the register. This establishment is extremely prejudice. I am a Black woman. There was no one else in the store that she asked to take their things to the register not one person. And then when I confronted her after I checked out so she could see I had money to purchase my things she tells me she wasn't racially profiling me when I hadn't said anything to her about racial profiling. The Sally Beauty Supply store on 11th Avenue in Greeley has a very racially profiling manager.

Someone gained access to my account being that I am a Barber and have been using my number to get a discount without my authorization. I had been struggling for sometime now to get my access corrected so that couldn't happen. Thankfully, Alissa and Kiara were able to help me correct the issue, udate my account number, and address so that someone wouldn't exploit my account and discounts. It took some digging for us to figure it our, but we sure did figure it out! The customer service was amazing and they took my concern as if it were their own!

Love the staff and all the never ending deals here. Kiara helps me every time I go in and she always knows the best products for my specific type of hair. She makes finding new products fun, educational, and budget friendly. When you go to this location, ask for Kiara and she'll get you right every time!

Every time I go there these two ladies are working and clearly don’t know what they’re taking about, rude, unhelpful and sit on their phones. They don’t greet guest genuinely either. Also, their products are terrible and limited. I couldn’t find good quality hair products for curly hair. I came in today to return a product and the girl was clueless on how to do returns. Maybe if you weren’t lazy you could do your job right! Usually Sally’s are expected to have somewhat bad service, but this is by far the worst Sally’s I have ever been too! Don’t go there. I’d rather drive to Fort Collins for better service or the one near target. These girls have no knowledge or customer service.

I came in knowing what I wanted but not knowing what It looked like. One of the ladies here offered me help and i explained to her my dilemma. I thought I just had weird hair and nothing could help, but she related to my problems and even recommended a shampoo that might solve all of my hair problems. I got a conditioner for long hair (which mine is), which I have never heard of before. Then I asked her opinion on mascara and she described all the different kinds and what the result would be with them, and let me choose based off of what I wanted to look like, which was exactly what I needed because I don't have hardly any experience with makeup, and I was confused and lost. Then she recommended some hair styling scissors and they seem fine but I haven't used them yet. Anyway checking out was an absolute blast we were talking and laughing and she even recommended a hair stylist for me because I mentioned wanting to trim my bangs. Overall wonderful experience, definitely will come back here. Oh and I tried out the shampoo and conditioner and my hair has literally never felt happier! But even if I didn't like it, they said I could exchange or return it for a full refund!! Amazing.
