I am so happily surprised with the salon and absolutely love Shantalee! I was already there a week ago and got my hair fully highlighted which turned out really good but I had come back because I felt like I needed more "vavoom". I scheduled with Shantalee this time and she took my hair over the top. She really listened to what I wanted my hair to look like and executed it so good, I left feeling like a million bucks. She also waxed my eyebrows and I’m not going anywhere else for that. She’s amazing. Go see her!!

I only come here for certain products that I know work well. But their products are definitely overpriced just because of the labels. Some are things that can be purchased elsewhere for much less. But I do enjoy coming here, if even just to look around and kill time. My daughter enjoys coming with me because she gets to try on makeup and she has a blast doing that lol. I come here for the ordinary products because it's easier to come here for them than to order up them on Amazon. I also need my clinique mascara and moisturizer. I'd like to try other things, but with the prices being so high, I typically don't because I can't return them if I don't like them so it'd be a massive waste of money. Sometimes the employees are helpful and friendly, and sometimes they seem stuck up or just unhappy to be there. The store is always clean, but I really dislike how a lot of products don't have the price tags on them. Nothing is labeled very well and customers should always know exactly how much something costs when shopping in any store. As it takes a lot of time to grab a single product to go up to the cashier and ask how much it is, every time you need to know that. It also limits the amount of money that they're making, because people don't buy things when they don't know how much things are and they don't feel like taking a bunch of stuff up to the counter and waiting in line.

Normally I really don’t like to write negative reviews but everyone I’ve talked to about my recent experience at the Greeley Ulta salon has said I absolutely need to. On 2/9/26 I went in to get my bangs cut and my hair curled for my engagement photo shoot. I have straight across bangs with face-framing already and I just wanted my bangs trimmed and the face framing blended and cleaned up with the bangs. My stylist was Afi and I told her all that so then she proceeds to cut my hair. The bangs went fine but then she pulled hair from the under section that was still long and chopped it off. She mentioned she’d been doing hair for 30 years and an experienced stylist should know face framing comes from top layers and not the bottom. Plus, my hair already has face-framing, I just wanted it blended in with the freshly cut bangs. I was visibly shaken up at this point cause I’m looking at uneven chunks of hair on the sides of my face. I asked "can you at least blend it in now since you already cut my hair off?" And she said "no, that would be considered a full haircut and not a bang trim…if you don’t like it, just tuck those pieces behind your ears" I had no words at this point because why wouldn’t someone just take the extra second to blend it, especially since she already cut my hair off. She then proceeds to gas-light me and tell me it was what I asked for which is completely wrong, I asked for BLENDED face-framing and got chunks right against my face. If this was a normal day, I would have walked out then and there but I had my engagement photo shoot in a couple hours and I didn’t have time to go somewhere else. She did a fine job curling my hair but I left feeling disappointed because the hair right against my face was not face-framed, it was just chunks. For a botched bang trim and curl, it was $78 and I still tipped her $20. I probably should have asked to talk to a manager as well but I just wanted to run out of there. I spent $98 to be completely disappointed and spent even more a few days later to have it blended at another salon(not an Ulta salon). Turns out it can’t really be fixed because the wrong section of hair was cut and now it just has to grow out again. I’m really hoping it’ll look better by my wedding in October. I learned my lesson and will not be going back to this Ulta location’s salon. I hope over the last few weeks Afi has thought about this instance and realized she was in the wrong so someone else doesn’t have the same experience

From start to finish!!! Thank you Shantalee!!! I know my daughters hair is A LOT to handle. The first day we went in and had our hearts crushed cause there simply wasn't enough time. (Especially with schools starting for EVERYONE in our area.) They were packed &booked to the max but Shantalee saved our day!! She rearranged appointments to get us in the very next day!!! We're glad we waited cause the outcome is phenomenal and took half the day to complete all that hair. My daughter hadn't stopped smiling and playing with her hair since we left. The color is PERFECTION 🤩 Not too much cut (which usually happens cause of how curly her hair really is.) To tame that mane deserves a recognition!!! Thank you so much for putting that smile on her face 😊 To all the ladies and gentlemen at Ulta you deserve a round of applause ❤️

We were in the area taking care of some shopping when my wife wanted to get me some nice face wash. Went in and went to look for the Jack Black brand of face wash. The entire shelving area where it was before was cleaned out with nothing in its place. No matter, just browse other options and see what they got. We end up picking out a different face wash and going to the counter. The employee behind the counter asks us if we have a phone number with the store. We say no. She insists that we put in a number, doesn't matter who's it is. We try to skip the prompt, she goes back to the number and demands us to put it in. My wife puts in her number and it goes through. The employee immediately tries to sell us on a credit card. Guys, this is a cosmetic store. You saw the car we drove up in. Ain't nobody getting a credit card to a cosmetic store in this economy. The tenacity to sit there and bully us into putting in a number just to try and sell us on a credit card is absurd, and the fact that a whole shelving unit in a upper end cosmetic store is empty is ridiculous. I bought the damned face wash when I should've walked away, and I get to think about this interaction I had with an employee while washing my face every night for the next six months until this overpriced face wash runs out.

Every time I come here I never get greeted /Nor treated like a customer. (even though theres staff greeting other races) some of the staff here are very racial profiling. It’s not the first time I get treated poorly. Ulta do better!!

Ashley S is incredible. I was in the other day and she was able to help me find products that work for me! I don't see her often enough when I am in the store. She is an awesome worker:)
