Bad Customer Service This is the first time in my life that I’ve felt the need to write a negative review, but the customer service I experienced was very disappointing. On my first visit, I asked an employee with platinum highlights and long hair for help choosing some beauty products. She told me she was busy with another customer and redirected me to someone else, which I understood at the time. However, a few minutes later, I noticed she was chatting and gossiping with other employees instead of assisting customers. I went back again today and needed help swatching concealers to find my correct shade. Unfortunately I got the same women as last time, I was met with a very rude attitude. It felt like she didn’t want to help at all, and her tone and body language made the interaction uncomfortable. The experience completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable shopping trip. I hope management addresses this, as customer service makes a big difference.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had my hair done by Itzel for the very first time, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. She gave me the most beautiful highlights and an amazing haircut everything turned out even better than I imagined. From start to finish, Itzel was incredibly gentle, took the time to explain every step of the process, and made sure I felt comfortable and at ease the whole time. You can truly tell she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Since my appointment, the compliments on my new hair haven’t stopped! I walked out feeling confident, refreshed, and absolutely in love with my hair. I will definitely be a returning customer and highly recommend Itzel to anyone looking for a talented, professional, and kind stylist!

I Set an appointment for my daughter at 3:45 for a hair cut the stylist hamsa called and asked us to come at 2:15 and by almost 2:50 she never came out to cut my daughters hair. Keep in mind the appointment was made 4 days prior so it was not last minute. I don’t know why the young lady at the front recommended her because she is clearly not someone that is able to keep her word or show up. Why ask someone to come if you can’t even keep that time yourself… ridiculous

I am SO happy Iris helped me while shopping at Ulta. I explained what I was looking for and she took the time to find me a skin care routine. Suggested products for my skin type, and did explain each product, very knowledgeable. She also recommended some makeup as well. She did an outstanding job in matching up the foundation to my skin tone. She added some bronzer, very happy with my results, flawless skin. She went above and beyond in assisting me. Great attitude and friendly person! Thank you and I definitely appreciate all the skin care advice she gave me that day! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I was kept waiting for an hour past my scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, the hair color began fading just days later and have random blonde spots on my hair. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I just left Ulta feeling a bit disappointed and uncomfortable. I was there waiting to get my brows done, and while I completely understand that the Benefit brow specialist had an appointment, I was told by one of the associates that I could wait so I did. What bothered me most was the lack of communication. After she finished with her client, I turned away for just a moment to answer my phone, and when I looked back, she was gone. No update, no "I’ll be right back," nothing. I ended up waiting for quite a while with no explanation. On top of that, I couldn’t help but feel like I was getting looks and wasn’t really welcomed. It honestly seemed like the brow specialist didn’t want to work on me, which really hurt. If she didn’t want to take me as a walk-in, I would’ve appreciated her just letting me know upfront instead of leaving me waiting over an hour. Better communication and kindness go a long way. I left feeling really uncomfortable, which is unfortunate because I’ve always liked Ulta and was looking forward to my visit.

This Ulta location needs improvement in customer service. While a few employees were genuinely welcoming today, there are staff that lack basic people skills. Entering the store just felt unwelcoming with the stares from employees, reading other comments it clearly is uncomfortable. The staff that helped me today seemed annoyed that I had multiple pickup orders..
