Going to this store is the worst the two women are super rude, today I bought a wig and they didn't tell me about their deceptive policies I bought the wig thinking it was the same one I had seen at first and I thought they were going to give me a refund or at least buy something else because she didn't and she said she doesn't make returns and I told her that I didn't like it that it wasn't the same one I wanted and she was so rude that she left me there in the box thrown away and left! So if you have the opportunity to go to this store, miss it and buy better on Amazon TikTok or virtual stores of the worst go there

My sisters took me to Tmart to look at wigs. I asked if we were allowed to try them on, and she said rudely you have to buy wig cap. I said okay where are they? After I got the cap on I asked to try on a few of the wigs. One lady helped me but then another lady came out from behind the counter and yelled at me for "combing" the hair with my fingers, and trying on more than 3 wigs. They never told me and I didnt see signs. Unfortunately, I found a wig I liked but due to their poor customer service I opted to leave without purchasing anything.

I'm tall, 6'7, so I need shorts long enough for me, providing they has them, but what I didnt like is how unorganized the store is. I didnt get to take pictures I shall next time. It was difficult finding what I needed. I found a few but with better organization I would've bought more.

T-mart has varieties of hair extensions, wigs ,clothing and other necessary hair accessories. The layout of the store is good.However, sometimes no staff is readily available to assist in finding things. The aisles are not named nor numbered. The prices are reasonable and extensions are of good quality.

This Is The Only Place That I Have Found That Sells Black Hair Care Products All In One Place...

Very rude lady at register acted as if I was bothering her by asking if she carried an item and ignored me until another customer also asked the question for me. First and last time visiting this store. Update came back to give business a second try and this visit was much better tho still a little off with the same lady but heck she might just be old and tired of being on her feet all day.

Shirt clearly marked $12.99 and she wanted to charge me $19.99.
