The Cosmetics Company Store

Unacceptable customer service. Each time I visit this store, I am not greeted by any staff. During my most recent visit, there were three to four representatives present, yet no one acknowledged me or offered assistance. Because of this lack of basic customer service, I chose to leave and spend my hard-earned money elsewhere. I ultimately purchased my products online through Ulta instead & would rather wait for my Ulta order then give my services to this store.

I’m a long-time customer of CCS and place over a hundred orders each year. Occasionally, issues come up, but most store managers are proactive and handle them well. This time, however, the experience has been deeply frustrating. The manager asked me to file the claim, and ever since UPS officially confirmed the package was lost in transit and would compensate the shipper, she has only made excuses and delayed any action. It’s been over a month, and not once has she taken the initiative to update me on the claim status or what the company is doing to resolve the issue. I paid over $500 for this order plus $7 in shipping fees. The manager keeps shifting the blame to the company—claiming they won't let her file the claim or that she's waiting to hear back from them. Honestly, it makes me seriously question her competence. If a store manager can’t even handle a basic UPS claim, what exactly is she being paid to do? This whole process has been handled with zero accountability. It’s shameful!

I absolutely LOVE going into this location!! Your store manager (recently promoted, WELL DESERVED!!) is sensational. Each time I visit she is so friendly, personable and all around amazing. She has wonderful recommendations that have improved my skincare routine. I love telling people about this cute little store. Thank you so much!

Carlos is such a pleasure. He’s always ready to answer our questions when we go shopping. I say we because he’s been such a delight that my sisters and mother also shop there now.. that’s my go to store for all my make up needs. Also perfect place for a quick gift. It’s so hard to get me out of that store.. amazing prices and great staff ( Carlos ) he serious deserves a medal! He’s just great!

These ladies were on thier game! I took my niece and her mom out shopping while they were in town for a tournament. We were stopped at the door and told we had to wait to go in because they were at capacity. Most people would be irritated at this but we felt cared for. When we entered the second time we were greeted with a friendly hello, some sanitizer and an overview of where to find the best deals in the store. Both employees were attentive, knowledgeable and polite. It made my visit with my loved ones even more special. I look forward to another shopping trip there, even though it comes with an hour drive. It's well worth it!

This store is amazing! We had a very pleased experience today. Carlos helped us with very professional and friendly suggestions. The price is super awesome as well! We are so glad that we walked into this store today and will definitely come back!

I visited this store a few weeks ago for the first time and I'm happy that it exists. The employees were very helpful, attentive, and friendly and they had some great deals! While thankfully, the wait wasn't too bad outside, only 3 people at a time were allowed inside (+3 employees) and there was enough room to contain more while remining socially-distanced which seems to be a big concern of many... I was not happy with this extremely limited capacity madness.
