Sitting outside the store at 2:29pm, because the door is locked. Hours online say they close today at 4pm and they have a sign posted indicating they are on lunch break until 2:50pm. Obviously they need to hire more staff if they are so overworked that they need to close the store just to eat lunch an hour and a half before closing. Not only that but they are just standing by the counter chatting. I’m sorry but you sell beauty supplies, you should be OPEN during your posted business hours. Especially since they are limited on the weekends. Update: I called and spoke to the employee who told me she was working alone and her manager told her to just lock up when she’s able to take her break. Legally she deserves her break, but she should be more supported by her manager to be able to actually take a break without completely inconveniencing your customers. It’s retail. But I am still sitting here waiting @ 2:42 because I need to buy products— this will be my last visit to this location.

I walked in Today and I went to buy some clippers, I had the girl she seems new, pull them off the shelf for me I told her I was going to buy them, she was entering my phone number and getting into my account, a guy walks in and the owner goes to assist his help, how crazy he wanted the black ones I was getting, owner grabs the box and as I’m watching her I told her I’m getting the same ones, she looked at me and ignored me and proceeded his checkout. I told her patient and kindly I was buying those?! lol what? So then the you see girl makes a comment you were just looking at them lol, not what I said. So the customer says you can have those ones I’ll grab the grey ones, I said no it’s ok you can have them. They lost a 700 dollar purchase from me today. Very very un professional. Then the girl says omg your best friends with my best friend omg we went to school together lol. I was very confused with the professionalism. Never going to this one again that’s for sure. That’s never happened to me before cause that wasn’t the right thing to do ugh I would never treat customers like that .

Plenty of parking. Helpful staff. Good inventory

Definitely felt like pretty woman. Went into store for help. My hair is very damaged and both workers brushed me off. Treated me like I wasn't good enough to shop. Didn't help me, seemed I was a waste of their time. Too bad for them I had money to spend. Guess I'll find a different salon store. Don't bother going unless you look your best. Horrible customer service&rude

It was my second time visiting a cosmo prof and I was truly impressed with the variety of brands and products they carry. Personnel was helpful and prices are accessible.

This store is awesome. The ladies who work here are always super nice. I wish they would have more stock and not run out of basic product, but I know that is not their fault.

We went in to get some blue and purple dye for teenage hair. Unfortunately, they can only sell products to people with a cosmetology license. We went ahead over to Sally's. But they were well stocked and very nice.
