Sally Beauty

I came in a bit ago with the intention of only getting one thing. I was having a rather awful day. However I was greeted warmly and kindly by the young woman in gothic clothing. (I believe her name was Ali) She helped me find what I was looking for and more. She jumped to help anyone that came in the door and provided amazing customer service to each. I was completely blown away. She was a very sweet and helpful character, by the end of my trip, I had bought more than I came in for. I will definitely be returning because of this employee. Give this employee the recognition she deserves!

Stopped into this Sally's location yesterday for some hair color and nail supplies. Lauren greeted me with a very warm smile and was very helpful. She was sweet and polite and took her time explaining different brands to me. Whoever is in charge here give this gal a raise- she deserves it as she went above and beyond to help me! Will def go back just for her!

I went in looking for scented oils as how they used to carry them in past. there was one employee who was occupied with another customer while I and two others walked around lost. they do have a good selection of hair products and accessories.

I’ve never been to this Sally’s it was my first time I needed to make a quick and urgent stop and was worried because I came an hour before close on a holiday but the employee Lauren made me feel beyond welcomed!! She greeted me and every customer with a smile and still came by asking each customer if we were finding everything alright! Have never seen such good customer service especially in a holiday since I know it’s stressful and angering working but she went above and beyond! I’ll definitely start shopping here more!

I came to return a curling iron. The young lady refused to return it. She said I had to make an account prior to buying it. On the back of the receipt it does not state such thing. Good thing I didn’t give up and went to the sally beauty on Grant street. I got my refund. These people are ridiculous. Don’t go here to return or buy anything.

Showed up and was told that my order for two items hadn't arrived yet. Got into my car and saw that the store had canceled it before I arrived (TWO ITEMS). I was paying with a gift card given to me for Christmas and now have to wait for 5-7 business days for the refund so that I can re-order somewhere else. This location has never been anything but a dissapointment since I started trying to use it 3 years ago. Whether it's the employees, the stock, the quality of the products, etc. Avoid at all costs. The Grant St. location has never let me down!

You guys seriously need more staffing. I’ve come here more often than I’d like. The lady working here is nice but can’t even go to the bathroom because no one else is working besides her… and then I made a trip here and it’s closed until 2:15 for lunch… that’s over an hour lunch… there’s always signs like this. I can never shop when I need to when they should be open. My mom was a manager for a Sally’s for years and she never could leave the store as such; unless there was someone else to work.
