I have tried to be understanding of new staff or someone having a rough day however this is ridiculous. I had a Christmas party to attend and this is what she did. Erial ran late, no phone call to let me know, I waited 20 minutes , didn’t have time for the Moroccan oil treatment, and she told me the curling iron she needed to do my hair was being used. They said they can’t get another one off the sales floor it is ULTA??? She used a 1/4 round barrel instead of 1.25 for loose curls and left the the back straight. They offered to fix it but there was no time and I refused to pay for it. They cancelled my subsequent appointments with no notice. Do not go here after so many mistakes with several stylists not worth it what they charge

Went in for a hair appointment. Showed up 15 minutes early but the stylist still saw me. Went in for highlights and a haircut. I have a lot of very long thick curly hair, so I know it takes a long time to care for. The stylists there are super friendly and took the extra time to make sure my hair came out amazing. I've been getting compliments ever since.

I love this store, it's my go-to for all my beauty needs! I've always had good experiences at this location, and today was especially good! Yumi was really helpful, she helped me find what I was looking for and a great substitute for what wasn't being sold anymore.

My fist time in this Ulta store was definitely not worth it. I will start with my experience ordering online to pick up at the store, I purchased a gift fragrance and another product that was in stock early on the day, I waited for notifications and nothing was received for a several hours so I decided to drive to this store and as I’m in the parking lot , I received an email to pick up. As I walk inside the store there was no employees greeting or assisting customers, no signs whatsoever telling customers where to pick up orders or where was the line to pick up , so I passed by the cashiers section but there’s people all over the place so I wasn’t sure where was the line so I stand in one section in front of the counter and not once any employees recognized me or asked if I needed assistance so I saw some customers on another section and they were call from a cashier and went there and I stand there again, finally a cashier just said who’s next but there’s no Lines or directions so I walked tours that cashier and asked for and online pick up, gave them my order and name and they looked up and gave me a small bag , the cashier checked with me what was inside and there was one item missing, I asked where was the other item I purchased that was all on stock online when I paid it online and the cashier just said sorry we are out of stock. I was so upset that I had to drive all the way to this store after I paid for an order that was in stock, just so they can tell me " sorry we are out of stock, I asked them how can that be possible when I purchased something that was in stock, do they just don’t revise online orders and ignore the orders, that’s ridiculous, what a wasted time and long drive to this place. I will not be back to this store, not only for the miscommunication of online orders but the lack of customer service in this store.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt so strongly about my experience at this Ulta that I couldn’t stay quiet. From the moment I walked in, not a single employee greeted or acknowledged me — even as I stood near the front making eye contact. There were plenty of workers around, yet not one offered a hello, a smile, or even asked if I needed help. I wandered the store for over an hour, completely ignored, while I watched other shoppers around me being helped and assisted. When I finally had to approach someone myself to ask about a body wash, the response felt cold and dismissive — like I was an inconvenience. It was demeaning and honestly hurtful. As I left, two employees at the front looked directly at me but didn’t say a single word, even though they greeted others leaving right before me. I’ve never felt so invisible or unwelcome in a store. Whether this review gets a response from the store manager or not, I’ll take it with a grain of salt — because at this point, those replies often feel more like saving face than true concern. I used to love shopping here, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. I’m sharing this in case someone else has felt the same way — you’re not alone, and customers deserve to be treated better than this.

This Ulta Beauty in Gainesville is the best ever. The hair salon has amazing stylist that go above and beyond to make you feel beautiful. Everyone that works in the store is so helpful and can answer any questions that you may have or help you find the products that you may need or want. I highly recommend this Ulta for your beauty needs.

I have been going to see Erial at the Salon at Ulta for several years now. Almost always, I’m wanting a crazy or different hair color which Erial delivers flawlessly each visit. The first time I came to her, she gave me the best haircut of my life, and what stood out for me is how in tune with me she was. She actually cares that her clients get what they want, and she made sure not to cut too much, or cut more, etc, making sure it was exactly what I wanted. I’ve never been able to have fashion colors last in my hair before going to Erial! Many have tried before but didn’t have the patience or take care enough to make sure my hair would stay healthy in the process. ERIAL IS THE BEST!! Love this Ulta location!
