I am very pleased with my visit. There was Christian Gospel music playing while I shopped, and I really liked that. The lady who assisted me in finding the products I needed was very kind and helpful. I also heard the staff greeting patrons as they walked in. Very welcoming environment!

This hair supply store is packed with all the hair necessities you could ever need. They have an everything from human hair curls, hair jam, scarves, lip liner, wig caps, braiding hair etc.

I have been going here for years! They have a huge selection of wigs, braiding hair, crochet hair, weaves, and more! The largest of their stores that I have been to is in Fort Worth! The one in Fort Worth is the size of a small Wal Mart. Whatever you need, I am sure they have it. They also offer a point program for purchases!

My experience as a customer has been a positive one. Their customer service is always helpful and friendly! Their prices are reasonable on some items!

I’ve been shopping at Jessica’s Beauty Supply for a while now and have never had an issue until today. I stopped in to pick up a few items and had both of my boys with me, one a toddler and the other a pre-teen (though tall for his age). While browsing, I noticed two staff members who seemed to shadow us under the pretense of fixing items on the shelves. What stood out most was the lack of engagement, no greeting, no offer to assist, no acknowledgment of our presence. It felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I’m aware that some might brush this off as "typical," but this was the first time I’ve personally experienced it at this store, and it left a lasting impression. Playing Christian music doesn’t cover for behavior rooted in bias or assumption. It’s disappointing and hurtful, especially in a place I’ve supported without issue before. Sadly, I can no longer continue to patronize a business where my children and I are made to feel watched instead of welcomed. I truly hope this feedback leads to reflection and change.

Extremely high. They charge more than double of what other stores and online charges. Would not recommend at all
