Bianca was AMAZING. Even though my Dior foundation shade was sold out, she took the time to make samples and help me find the perfect match. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Sephora is lucky to have her!

I have gone to many Sephora locations across the country. Today I was greeted by everyone instantly. Selena was super helpful when I was exploring for my daughter today. I always make sure to not dress the nicest and go into Sephora stores to see how I am treated and I will say I was treated with such grace by every staff member. Who ever runs this establishment 10/10. Best experience from the start. The lady who also checked me out at the register was beyond lovely and recognized that I was Iranian. The staff was the best staff I’ve ran into and I’ve been shopping with Sephora for over a decade and gone to many locations. The first thing I look at is how I’m greeted. And I was warmly welcomed by everyone. I don’t ever agree with Sephora's prices but I am so happy to be treated with such friendly service!

Best Sephora store I’ve been too!!!! I was genuinely impressed by how welcoming and helpful the staff were. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive without being pushy, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. The store itself was peaceful, clean, and well-organized — it made browsing and testing products really easy and stress-free. Definitely one of the best in-store shopping experiences I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend stopping by if you're nearby!

Exceptional service! I’m a 33 year old mom that needed clean slate in my makeup bag. I booked a makeup lesson with Bridgette B! She was phenomenal and spent more than the allotted time showing me all of the options and assisting with application. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming!

Staff offered help multiple times and allowed me to shop relatively cheap n peace. What I came for turned out to only be sold online however found some fun products to enjoy.

This past Saturday 10/11 I left the Sephora store in the Stonebriar Mall highly disappointed. I had to deal with a poorly trained Manager at that location. I decided to stop at this new location to confirm what the Manager at Stonebriar told me. I gave the staff here the exact same explanation and demonstrated the manufacturer defect the item had. Selena listen attentively and immediately explained the issue to her Manager. The issue was resolved in no time. Thank you so much ladies! Professional and attentive! Will definitely be spending my money here!!!!
