I called Friday as I was leaving my doctor’s appointment, just to confirm what day & time my medication would be available. A wonderful and friendly pharmacy tech told me that it would be ready the following day, which was perfectly fine. I was told to call back at 8 am and that she was going to make a note on my account so they can start on it first thing in the morning. I called the next morning at 8:45 and a male pharmacist answered the phone. He then proceeds to tell me that it cannot be filled until the following day. I told him how I had spoken to a pharmacist the day prior and what she had told me. I even told him that she said she had left a notation on my account to fill it. He boldface lies and says there was "no notation" and that he "could not fill it until the following day." He even proceeds to tell me that my insurance will not cover it until the following day. I called another Walgreens and had my medication transferred. Not because I wanted it that day but because I am tired of Gunbarrel and their constant incompetence. To my surprise I received a notification on my Walgreens app that my medication had been filled, just a few hours later, at the other location. So, to summarize, Gunbarrel would not fill it after already stating the day before that they would. They also said my insurance "would not pay for it until tomorrow" yet, somehow the other Walgreens filled it that same day and guess what, my insurance DID in fact cover it. They oftentimes lie at the Gunbarrel location. Not all of them but there are a few that need to find another profession because they have the absolute worst customer service of any pharmacy that I have ever had the displeasure of using.

Went in to get balloons blown up for my daughter’s birthday. Ask if they had helium and was told no. Went down the aisle to get candles & there is a huge display of balloons that say ‘free helium with foil balloons’ So I ask… How do you have a whole display of balloons that say you’ll blow them up & not have helium. So she asks again. Do we have helium? Nope we don’t. They even have sale tags that have just came in, date on these are November 1. They just didn’t want to take the time to blow up the balloons. Were they busy? Absolutely not. Maybe 2 customers in the store besides me. I rarely wish this, but Dan Walsh, when you close one of your stores, CHOSE THIS STORE & don’t allow these managers to transfer. If this is how they train employees they need a new line of work. I worked at the Ringgold store & customer service were what we were about!!

I started going to this Walgreens and couldn't be more happy. I talked with two of the pharmacist while there and both of them were very professional, kind and compassionate. They took care of my order that I had transferred to them. There is nothing they could have did better. I live in Georgia and will continue to go to this Walgreens because they are worth the drive. I wasn't happy about having to transfer my prescription but a bad thing turned into a great experience.

The pharmacy here is horrible, they sent me an email that they were refilling my prescription four days ago and I called them today and they said it’s not approved and I can’t pick it up till later this week. I called the doctor and they said it got approved over a week ago, this happens every time I try to get this prescription. I called the Publix next to here and switched pharmacies right after this, as this is the third time this has happened and they had it ready within two hours of me calling.

12/2/25 I had surgery and got out of the hospital at about 4 AM. The pharmacist whose name was Sara Did not even come to the window for 20 minutes of me being parked out there press the call button multiple times. She said it would take 5 to 10 minutes for the prescription to transfer from the east ridge Walgreens to there. She then saw my prescription and said that the paperwork didn’t match what the hospital sent over so that I could not pick up my prescriptions and was not able to get my prescriptions after surgery. I personally called the hospital where I was at which was at And got connected to my doctor before she could even get connected, then she has the audacity to tell me that my doctor is not answering the phone. She then saw my prescription was narcotic and she tried to start calling me a drug addict. Every time I would ask a question, she would either roll her eyes or just walk away for another 15 minutes. She was extremely rude and degrading about the entire experience. I will not be coming back here and if you guys Look at your reviews it’s All the same about your crappy pharmacist

This is suppose to be a 24 hour pharmacy. I was trying to pick up antibiotics for my 3 year old’s severe ear infection but was instead greeted by this sign. Administration needs to pay their pharmacists more if they want to keep them. It seems to me that they keep quitting and maybe it’s because of how overworked and underpaid they are. Food for thought. Also may I add we arrived at 10pm for reference.

Went to return the ice cream I bought the night before, getting home we opened the container it was something off about it and than we saw oil around the edges , went to return it but manager made it very loud and clear that they can’t return or exchange it dispite of bad product being sold to the customers, I was very upset, I called their customer service she was very happy to return the credit and apologized on how it was handled. That old grumpy manager needs to know how to handle customers if he is in customer service business.
