Dr. Chris & staff are all absolutely amazing, and I don’t give compliments lightly. I started seeing Dr. Chris to help with the treatment of physical facial ticks via Botox injections. She is experienced in what she does and is the ONLY doctor I’ve met in 10 years that doesn’t seem like she’s in a rush to get on to her next patient. The amount of pain and muscle fatigue I was in every day was excruciating. I’m no longer in physical pain from my ticks, and when I do tick, I just look like I’m blinking normally. I would 10/10 recommend Dr. Chris & staff for both medical and cosmetic procedures!!

I was disappointed by the overall atmosphere of this office. From the moment you walk in, the environment feels cold and uninviting, and unfortunately that same tone carries over on the phone as well. Even when calling right at opening time, the scheduling staff seemed annoyed to be doing their job, which made a simple appointment request feel like an inconvenience. Given the medical nature of this practice, I expected a more welcoming, professional, and patient-centered experience. A warmer approach would go a long way in making patients feel comfortable and respected.

For someone who has been to a dermatologist, one after the other, Ashley the aesthetician has healed my skin for the better. Acne was something I thought I would live with forever but Ashley has shown me other wise. An investment that my older age will thank me for. My skin and I thank you, Ashley! You're an appointment I don't dread but look forward to going to. Walking out glowing has made feel like a new woman. Thank you!

Dr. Chris is the Gods of dermatology!! Very passionate and her skills are unmatched. I love the office setting. It’s beautiful. If you want the best treatment by the best hands, see Dr. Chris!! She gets you snatched every time.

I have been going to WSD for 10 years now. My visits are always more than the incredible treatment and results I receive... the team has become like family to me and I couldn't imagine going to any other practice. Thank you! LYSM!

I've only had one visit to this place, but I definitely prefer this place over other dermatology practices in the area. I had to wait past my appointment time, but they allow each patient adequate time with providers. Another local dermatologist (different practice) was much more prompt, however I found their services severely lacking. The inside of the practice is very welcoming, with beautiful quilts hanging around, and all the receptionists and nurses were very friendly. I'm glad I found this place and would recommend to friends and family.

So my daughter was recently sent to this dermatologist office and from the beginning. Something just wasn't right. The medication that they prescribed for my daughter was too high. Took him a month to get it together within that month. I nevermind I kept receiving phone calls from the nurse. Never from the Doctor there's no communication at this office. I called in and let them know. Hey I found a medication that my daughter could possibly make. She kept having very bad outbreaks. Her appointment wasn't scheduled until January. This phone call was made Tuesday of this week. I've waited call back this morning, which is the 6? November 06, 2024 still no communication from this office. If there's no communication, the Doctor's office is no good to you. Especially when it comes to your children. Your children are everything with that being said. I have removed my child from this office. You don't give someone a 24 to 48 hour. And then you just don't communicate. You don't leave a message. You don't send an email. You don't do anything you have to do. What's right? By the patient and I could clearly see that this office has not done anything right by my daughter. So I have removed my child from this office. Because this is not good for her. It's not good for me and the health and well-being of your child is everything and yourself. As a parent, you have to do what's best for your child. Good luck to you guys that stick with them. But this is just not for me. This is just not my cup T the receptionist when they answered the phone. They act like they were raised outside in a barn. They sit on phone and silence. They don't say another word to you. Then you've got some that are in there. That are just wonderful, beautiful, outstanding people. But then you got the ones that think that the world revolves around them. When a parent is trying to communicate with a receptionist with a good attitude and talking respectful. And you have a receptionist that gets on the phone. Yeah, what can I do for you? Yeah, you're not the office for me or my child. Everyone everyone have a blessed day.
