I have thick, straight Asian hair and she cut it so beautifully. I asked for a layered haircut, for reference. I really recommend this salon!

Always a fantastic cut from Win and very affordable. I think she should charge more than she does, tip generously if you’re happy with your cut. Very personable, great sense of humor and loves to share her favorite foods and recipes. I have never been disappointed with my visit or haircut when i come to see Win. I would recommend her to anyone. She has many years of experience with hair and it shows. Very skilled with the scissors and clippers! I drive from the Outer Sunset for haircuts.

My daughter has very curly hair and she doesn’t generally trust anyone with her haircut, I picked her up from college and she needed a haircut. We were not disappointed at all. She was very happy with her layered haircut and her curls looked gorgeous. She was so attentive and detailed to her work. I ended up getting a haircut myself too. Definitely recommend this place. 👍😃

This will be my go-to place for a hair cut. Normal cut for females $23, with layers $28. No appointments and cash only. I recently moved and have been on the lookout for an affordably priced haircut. I spoke to Carmen in Chinese but she understands English just fine. I told her I wanted to trim off my split ends, maintain the layers and have a u-shape. She delivered.

Carmen is very soft-spoken and took great care in cutting my hair. I was skeptical about the haircut quality at $17, but Carmen did a better job than my previous costlier experiences in SF. My wife also liked the end result. Would definitely recommend!
