One of the worst hospitals I've ever dealt with. The only thing they have going is the nurses. This place is deplorable keep yourself and loved ones far away.

Came in with a fever of 102.6 and they didn’t even treat me. Let them tell it it’s nothing they could do despite the clear inflammation in my throat, being weak and achy. They told me to just take Tylenol. Triage was rude, acted like they couldn’t be bothered. All I wanted was a prescription of antibiotics…. Guess that’s why they’re called, "Will Kill." Never going back would rather suffer since that’s what I’m doing anyway.

Absolutely incompetent beyond words. They deserve the incredibly low rating on here! I hope they go into bankruptcy with malpractice lawsuits so they can't hurt any more patients. Just read some of the reviews on here. They seem to be causing more harm than good. I have my own horror stories with this place.

I understand why there are so many 1 star reviews. They sent my mother home without proper instructions and supplies to maintain a drain inserted in her Liver following a gallstone removal from the bile duct. UNACCEPTABLE!

Right now I'm on the third floor. These nurses and attending nurses and even the housekeeping, are totally awesome and sweet! I never felt out of place with any of them they have all made me feel welcomed. This is my first time to this hospital ever. I was a transfer. Have taken great care of me BUT there is one nurse whom stands out the best. Mrs Patricia, she is from Trinidad, love her accent!, anyways this lady has went above and beyond her call as a nurse. I have falling in love with this lady! She is a total sweetheart. My husband had to travel w me via ambulance transport 2 1/2 hrs, we were very both tired on arrival. He fell asleep on couch and she asked me if he needed some cover and I said yes please. She went and got him some and then proceeded to cover him up, he was fast asleep. My heart just swelled with love. This world could sure use some more MRS Patricia's. 🙂 This lady needs to be recognized, honored, and a great vacation!!!! I love you Patricia!!! You are awesome!!! ALSO MRS BERTHA, nursing assistant is totally awesome too!!!! She goes way above and beyond as well. Her and Mrs Patricia Ragoo make and awesome team!!!

I was called by the Credit Bureau to pay for 2 bills, I had never received bills for either one! My husband was in hospital so I made arrangement to pay off in 3 months. and told the credit bureau I had not received bills. thought I had paid all, called me today! another bill was turned over for 222.00 and I have no idea what this is far and never received a bill that I owed a balance. Called billing to get an accounting of all these bills, held for 20 minutes while the phone rang and rang after telling me someone would be with me shortly. Not paying another penny until I get copies of all 3 of these bills.Their billing is awful, I pay all bills on time, can't pay if you don't send me a bill. We are filing a grievance with Credit Bureau to have all removed from Credit. 1 Star is too much, would give a 0 if I could

This hospital is way overpriced!! Then they send you a bill that's already been sent to collection before you can even pay it. Why does it cost $600+ for a person that has a piece of poop stuck in em. Was better off trying to force it out myself. Just gave me the same thing I could've bought less at the store. Money wasted.......that's why I hate going to the hospital.
