Dr. Clemons shows compassion in a way that makes you feel completely safe in her care. Her staff shows that same kindness and professionalism. This was my second visit and I already know I will be coming back.

The staff is courteous and o never have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Clemons is friendly, professional, and takes time to listen. She is thorough and helpful. She is truly a caring physician.

Mom needed attention after a horrible Dermatologist visit but we talked her into trying Dr. Clemmons and she was not disappointed!! A nurse called from here and told mom her biopsy came back malignant cancer. A nurse. A month later we finally got an appointment with an oncologist. Since no actual doctor has provided mom this, she has questions but no answers. And this nurse found it funny I told her it was illegal for anyone but the doctor to give a diagnosis. I'm still sick to my stomach with the quality of healthcare!

Dr. Clemons has taken care of my skin for years. She is kind, brilliant, attentive, thorough, respectful and just a nice all round person. I’ve always felt safe from skin cancer with her guidance, and even after skin cancer on my face, she took good care of that and now I follow up as needed. So far so good, thanks to Dr. Clemons. She is also a good listener.

Negligent Care for Chronic Conditions - Avoid for Psoriasis/Health Issues I am writing this review as a warning to anyone with a chronic skin condition like psoriasis. My experience with this practice has been one of profound neglect and unprofessionalism. Over a month ago (since Jan-Feb), during a severe psoriasis flare-up, the doctor personally promised to provide treatment samples and process a medication refill once my deductible was met so I'm not left miserable. We also discussed other medication options. This promise was never fulfilled. For the entire past month, I have undertaken a relentless effort to get help: I called both the Bossier and Shreveport offices multiple times. I left detailed voicemails for the nursing staff. I spoke to office staff in person at both locations to confirm my messages were received. The result was absolute silence. No returned calls, no refill, no samples. My final call today was my last attempt to receive the care I was promised. I spoke with Felicia and explained the entire situation yet again. Instead of empathy or a willingness to investigate, I was met with defensiveness, impatience, and a dismissive attitude. She repeatedly asked, "What is it that you want?" after I had already explained it multiple times. Most offensively, she insinuated that I was lying about the numerous messages I left, rather than apologizing or looking into my file. I will admit that after a month of neglect and being accused of dishonesty, I became frustrated and my tone changed. The representative, Felicia, became increasingly unprofessional and confrontational in return. While I take responsibility for my frustration, it was a direct result of being pushed to my wit's end by their failure to provide care. This practice has demonstrated a complete inability to manage basic patient communication and follow-through on medical promises. Their focus appears to be purely superficial (cosmetic), as they have shown zero competence or concern for managing chronic health conditions. I have zero trust in their ability to provide medical care and am actively seeking a new dermatologist. Look elsewhere if you need reliable medical care.

Dr. Clemens is so very kind and thorough. I would recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Clemons is very attentive and listens to my questions and concerns. There is a little wait to get back to see her, but I would imagine this is because she takes her time with her patients. Her nurse is also very kind and courteous.
