Made an appointment, showed up, no lights on and doors locked. Lots of people outside waiting, called the call center, "I don’t know what happened, all of my information says they should be open. The best I can do is reschedule you." I got so many notifications that my appointment was today, but not one to say don’t waste your time coming today, no one will be here.

After reading so many complaints about appointment times booked and changed I don’t feel so alone. This same situation has happened to me a few times! I booked a few appointments between 1-2 pm and each time I was called saying they don’t have a dentist available at that time? I can’t understand why I’m able to book a time where I can’t be seen? So I thought maybe once was a mistake so I tried to do 1:30 again received a call saying I needed to come in at a different time. So I tried 2pm and same thing. At this point I have made a few appointments at different times and always receive a call for something concerning my appointment time. Since I am assigned to them this is a major problem. It’s a new year so I hope things will change.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. This place was the most impersonal dentist experience I have ever been to. They wanted me to pay for a bone graft of my tooth and so they ran my insurance and information and once they found out I couldn’t pay for the bone graft they treated me like a low class citizen. What’s worse was when I cried during the procedure and during the painful injections they did nothing to console me just gave me a print out of my at home "instructions" and that was that. All I know is that they pulled my tooth and just sent me on my merry way it was like so mundane and transactional. I will not ever be by returning to this place or referring any friends or family to this place unless you want to be treated with zero kindness

I am satisfied with Western Dental in Lake Elsinore, I got a lot of my dental treatment within the last few years, thank you.

Avoid you’ll be rescheduled 3 times and your family will be split so you’re there for 5 hours fora cleaning. Go anywhere else

I've been at a Western Dental office before in Orange County and the location I went to was amazing to me which is why I decided to return to the same dental clinic but since I moved counties I tried this one in Lake Elsinore. Keep in mind, I'm also 30 weeks pregnant right now. I had my first initial routine check in for new patients as in x-rays, teeth count, teeth health check and was as well told when I was scheduling this appointment that I would be provided with my 6 month cleaning. My initial appointment was at 10:45am, and I was not seen by anybody until 12:30. Throughout this process everyone was very much kind but very inconsiderate to their patients time, especially being aware that I am a pregnant patient. Once my X Rays were done I was seen by the dentist and had my teeth count & check, I had asked him as well when they will do my teeth cleaning to which I was told it would be soon and I'd just have to wait, after already waiting 2 hours??!!. One of the office ladies then approached me and told me that my insurance did not cover my cleaning, which was incorrect and I corrected her and said "no, I get one every 6 months and this will be covered" she then said she would need to check with my insurance, so then I thought whatever this is bullshit but I'll let this lady do whatever she needs to do. I asked how long that would take and if I could just get my routine cleaning that day as ALREADY planned. She then said everyone would be leaving for break and I'd have to wait another few hours until then, mind you my appointment was at 10:45 to begin with, it was now 1.. I then tell her that I would like to be scheduled for the following day and that I have waited long enough. She then takes me to schedule my cleaning for the following day and gave me paperwork to call my insurance to confirm that they would cover my cleaning... isn't that HER job? I then asked her isn't this what you guys should do? She then said no, and that it was for me to call. The following day I called my insurance and let them know about what was done at this dental clinic as well as informed them that this clinic asked ME to personally call my insurance. Then my insurance was very upset due to the fact that this dental office asked their patient to do THEIR JOBS for them. My insurance then called this dental office on three way and confronted them regarding this and the office ladies were nothing but disrespectful and condescending towards us, and even tried to state that I was never given a paper to which I corrected and said "nope I'm actually looking at the paper I was provided as we speak". I still went to my teeth cleaning the following day as I just wanted to get it done and not have to restart the process anywhere else, the lady cleaning my teeth was extremely rough and caused bruising to my gums that I have never once experienced by another dental clinic before. Long story short, my insurance has referred me to a better office, but please stay away from this dental clinic and I will never be returning as well as not pregnant women safe or considerate!!!!

I made an appointment for 1:30 . After waiting 30 mins I asked if I would be seen soon and they let me know dr was just arriving . Waited 20 more minutes and still was not seen .
