My experience was anything but pleasant. I really thought long and hard about writing this review because I don't have enough time to waste. But after receiving an additional charge at my home, I was outraged. On top of feeling so poorly treated, they want to charge me even more! For starters, when I arrived, they made me wait 20 minutes in a small room while they talked outside. My appointment with the dermatologist who saw me didn't last more than 5 minutes. She looked at my face and told her assistant she was prescribing three medications for my face. I didn't even bother going to CVS to get them. I truly felt mistreated; I felt like they stole my time and money. Then, after that, an additional charge arrives. When I called to schedule the appointment, I told them what my co-payment was and gave them my insurance information, and they told me it was $80. I told them I shouldn't have to pay anything more, and they said it was my co-payment. And now another charge of $54 has arrived at my house. I felt scammed out of the $80 I lost. They want me to pay more than I should, and if they don't have the right staff for customer service, to offer good service, to give clear information, they shouldn't be working in the health field. I'm extremely upset.

Dr. Ricotti is hands down one of the best dermatologists in Miami. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and at ease. He staff is awesome and very nice. Office is very clean. Easy parking. No long wait times. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for his patients truly stand out. I highly recommend Dr. Ricotti to anyone looking for exceptional dermatological care!
