Dr. Ripple is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. She explained everything in detail and was very thorough. The office staff was very pleasant and efficient. My daughter was brought back into a room before her appointment time and Dr. Ripple was very punctual. I would definitely recommend the practice to anyone seeking pediatric dermatology care.

Dr. Ripple is an awesome doctor from my experience and I do plan on continuing to see her, but her office staff are not the best. I was trying to think of what time would work best with my schedule because the doctor had to reschedule my appointment and the person on the other side of the phone said "come on, just tell me a time". I was trying to calculate the time it would take for me to get there and then to my class on time afterwards, I'm sorry for taking too long. That kind of treatment is not cool coming from someone working with the public.

Awesome first experience with Dr. Ripple and the medical student she had with her. She was thorough, listened to all my concerns, and answered my many many questions and eased my fears. She had phenomenal bedside manner with both me and my child. Highly recommend!

Office staff sucks! Do nothing but make you feel bad about getting there late. Dr. Ripple is sweet and kind and her son did a wonderful job running her appointments in the past!! It’s a shame the staff even wanted to argue with me about it after I ask her not to address me right then as I was upset! Then they say I raised my voice. I asked her not to address me and she ignored that. Next, they reminded me of a terrible incident that happened in March and why my husband had to explain our family life to get a new appointment. Don’t be 4 minutes late ⏰ Go somewhere else sweet Dr. or not an awful experience!!

Dr. Ripple is by far one of the best pediatric dermatologists in town. My oldest and youngest daughters have both seen her. Great bedside manners, easy to talk to, and very straight forward. She’s currently treating my daughter’s alopecia, and my daughter absolutely loves her. The staff is also friendly and kind. My girl always leaves with a smile and a sticker. Also, I really like the 5 minute policy. There are other patients waiting to be seen and when you show up late, you now make everyone else late. If you’re running behind, call and cancel or just inform them to find out if you can still be seen. It’s understandable that things come up once in a while or traffic may have been backed up, but people tend to make it a habit. Some of us have waited months for our kids to be seen and could’ve taken that time slot had you called and canceled instead of just not showing up or being late. Be courteous of other patients.

Very poor customer service. Office staff is rude and lazy. Better yet she is a pediatrician, not dermatologist, according to her tile. There are other more friendly places to go.

Just spoke with their office and apparently if you don’t show up 15 minutes EARLY to your scheduled appointment time, then you are considered late and the appt is cancelled.. not sure how AHN is allowing this office to make such absurd rules, very disappointing
