I've been getting my annual skin examination and skin cancer screen for 3 years. It's a very clean and modern office and examination rooms. The Staff is friendly and professional. Your seen at your appt time (a minimal wait if at all). Catalina is wonderful. A professional and thorough exam and her personable nature makes you comfortable and easy to communicate and ask questions. Her knowledge and attentiveness is very appreciated!

One of the best experiences at a doctor's office that I have had. Entering the office I was immediately greeted. Had to do the usual paperwork but before I was even finished. I was taken back to the exam room. Megan was very friendly and helpful and Dr Volker came in quickly and did a thorough exam. Since he found a spot that needed attention, he and Megan quickly prepared and took the biopsy. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes but felt that everyone respected my time, concerns, and privacy. Dr Volker was very efficient but also caring and attentive. The follow-up calls have been very pleasant and I felt like everyone actually cares about helping me.

We were able to get a quick appointment with a P.A. The staff were friendly. The nurse who brought us back in the room and who stayed the entire time was amazing. She seemed more knowledgeable and able to communicate with us more throughly before and after the P.a. Was in the room. I had the result of a CT scan with and without contrast that I asked the P.A. If she wanted to see however, she never took the time to look at the results or to even consider it with her "evaluation " and treatment plan. She was quick, seemed not interested in all the details, We canceled our next appointment with her and will see the M.D. next time.

Patients receive care at their appointed time. Dr. Volker is a wonderful practitioner. He is thorough and friendly. My questions are answered and I am always told "if you have a problem, call and we’ll fit you in". This means you don’t have to wait 3 months for an appt. WELLAVE IS A TERRIFIC, PATIENT CENTERED PRACTICE!.

I found the nursing staff as well as the doctor to be extremely nice, gentle and caring. I had a small procedure I was nervous about and they were very understanding of this. I thought my body exam was very thorough. The Office staff was great as well.

I had the best experience at WellAve. Everyone how works there are very friendly and professional. They make you feel comfortable about your procedure and explain everything in detail that you will be going through. My Mohs surgeon was Dr. Harrington. I have now had 7 surgeries done by him. I lost contact with him for a few years but I just recently found him at WellAve. He is the best!!! You won’t go wrong going to WellAve.

WellAve front-desk staff were friendly and professional. Dr. DeLeon was thorough, took the time to explain things, and fully addressed all my questions. All around a positive experience and good care. Would 100% recommend
