I am getting Biote hormone replacement. I've only gotten two treatments so far. Jen is really good.Im very pleased with her.The ladies at the front desk are always friendly as well. My partner has also been getting this treatment since 2019.I would highly recommend this place.Its a very comfortable atmosphere with a lovely staff. Thanks so much for getting us back to feeling ourselves again.

I attended an Open House on November 19th, which was extremely informative. While at the Open House, I arranged a first-time visit for their services and Shannon was my Aesthetic & Wellness Provider. I was super impressed with her professionalism, overall knowledge and industry experience. Although I live an hour away, it's definitely worth the trip and I very much look forward to exploring other services they offer and becoming a long-term client.

This was my very first time getting injections and I was a little nervous, but Shannon made the whole experience so easy! She explained everything, answered all my questions, and had such a gentle touch that it honestly didn’t hurt at all. She’s super sweet, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. I’m already loving my results and will definitely be going back. If you’re thinking about injections especially for the first time, go see Shannon!

Transformed is great on so many levels. My nurse is Shannon and we've developed such a great client/provider relationship. She's excellent going over my treatments with me, has always recommended great service additions and products while in no way being pushy. The office is impeccably clean and bright. All the staff I have interacted with are kind and very helpful. They have great package deals and monthly specials that can't be beat as well.

I've had other facials before and I am slightly disappointed. I've never had a facial where I was not undressed from the waist up and did not receive some sort of neck rub/chest moisturizer etc. The room was bright, and it was not very relaxing. I'm honestly just upset that I spent a total of 320.00 on a facial with tip for 40 minutes of time, where probably 10 minutes I was under a redlight. It was just so/so for the price. Does my skin look great, yes. Did Claire do what her role is, yes.. just sad it didn't involve more for the price

From the moment I arrived, everything about my experience at this med spa was smooth and welcoming. The staff made me feel comfortable right away, and the process leading up to my procedure was seamless. The nurse was incredible—knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, which really put me at ease. I felt cared for and confident throughout the entire experience. I absolutely loved my visit and would highly recommend this med spa to anyone!
