The reception that checks you in was very unpleasant and not friendly at all. Im a strong believer the person you first encounter should be friendly and inviting. That would set the tone for the expectation of the doctor. The black girl that brought me back to the room was VERY RUDE AND DISMISSIVE!! Because of her and the receptionist I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! The doctor was lovely. I enjoyed her.

Brand new patient to this office and I needed to be seen for a brand new and concerning issue. The phone scheduling person was exemplary, was able to grab a same day appt. The check in process was fast and simple and the desk staff were all quick friendly and helpful. The doctor came in, examined the issue, and was able to quickly and expertly identify, numb, excise and cauterize. Was on my way home, with very clear and concise aftercare instructions within a short time feeling very confident in the results. Specimen to be sent for eval. Very happy it was handled so quickly, especially just a few days before a holiday.

PA Nicole Jones and nurse Vicky were so kind and respectful. Was very comfortable with them. Both took time to listen to me. The biopsy was painless. Was very happy.

I appreciate the check in process online prior to the visit. This is a busy place and online check in makes it quicker to be seen as well as easier for the staff. Dr Minni’s assistant Madison was very helpful with providing me info on course of action to be taken. Love Dr Minni, he listens to his patient and spends time explaining any issues.

I'm so glad my PC recommended this office! They were very nice and got me in for an appointment much quicker than I expected. I saw Nicole, and she was informative, professional, and friendly. She ensured I was comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend Water's Edge.

I love julie tiegan and use watersedge because of her. If she ever leaves, so will I. I cant say enough good things about her. My overall experience is five star
