If you shop at this store, I highly recommend you check expiration dates on EVERYTHING! I shop here on multiple occasions and have purchased outdated items . The store takes the returns back, however when speaking to management about it , they make comments such as you can shop at other stores if you like when you proceed to explain to them that this is a reoccurring situation. Also check your meats and cold items. When they have their go back carts and meat or cold items are left out , they put it back on shelves after its gotten to room temperature. This store will put anything back on the shelves and mark it down with missing parts or broken pieces or outdated and spoiled . Below are just a couple things most recently that Ive purchased and its bad. The Ranch dressing was just a couple days ago and this expired April 2025. The Blue cheese was October 26th and it expired September 2025.
Refused to refund my car seat covers I paid cash with and lost receipt. Made false claims that there is a $50 limit on gift card returns. Dorothy is the manager in charge while we’re were here and nothing but rudeness and dishonesty from this lady.
No tap to pay. Since they removed self check out and only 3 cashiers man the lines, I'm completely done with this place except for my prescriptions. Terrible manager today that I had an interaction with simply asking about tap to pay, she was so rude. There are plenty of amazing grocery stores in this town. Walmart and their corporate policies have been lost in translation. I also refuse for them to check my receipt. WALMART if you can't keep up with loss prevention on your end you should close your doors please. I'm tired of the consumer paying for it. Either being treated like a criminal upon leaving, fine take out self check out...... but staff appropriately. I don't even wanna talk about the one slow sloth man that works at money services. I changed banks because of this. Terrible in every aspect.
This review is specifically for a young woman named Ella that I spoke to on the phone who went out of her way to do the online shopper's job for them when they refused to get my laundry detergent ( as if it isn't their entire damn job) that she ended up finding no problem, placed along with my order so that it would actually get here. She went above and beyond and in fact , did somebody else's job and took on their responsibility to make sure I got what I needed. Ella deserves a raise for her customer service skills dedication to her job and whatever shopper decided that I didn't need my laundry detergent deserves to be written up. I really don't understand how hard it would have been for them to go get my item out of the case. Ella was able to do it with ease and quickly I might add. Thank you Ella and to whatever manager sees this please tell the shoppers that deal with delivery orders to actually do their jobs because it is absolutely infuriating to have to place multiple orders on the same day , with all my money on hold to only to not receive the items that I've needed and PAID FOR when multiple other employees of the store on the phone have told me that items are available. It really seems like the shoppers yall hire just simply aren't doing their jobs, so other employees are having to pick up their slack now too.
Customer Service is garbage. 6 people in line for every lane all 4 of them. Center lanes closed leaving long lines at both ends. Get some more cashiers and standing around waiting to get a cabinet opened is at least 15 minutes and most of thw time they don't come.
This Walmart is clean, organized, and stuff is easy to find. The only reason I knocked off a star is because the way the store layout isn't exactly easy to navigate. If you don't know the store, it's easy to go in the wrong direction.
This place has to be filled with snitches and the worst employees possible. Came in on February 12th, to pick up an order of rotisserie chicken that was expired YESTERDAY on February 11th, there is no reduction tags, waiting for an associate to help out with a manager job for the cashier, and she had a attitude problem when asked if there was anything that can do about day old chicken. About a couple years prior, somebody had reported me to security for talking about police brutality when I was making a Facebook post about the New Mexico State Police. Worst Walmart location I've ever seen.
