We stopped by Starry Moon after having dinner close by because we were craving something sweet and oh my goodness! We had a group of nine and everyone tried something different, desserts and drinks, and every single one was a hit. Absolutely delicious. I had a dessert made with shaved coconut ice (can’t recall the name) with fruit and jellies, and it was perfect…refreshing, flavorful, and not overly sweet. On top of that, the customer service was amazing, everyone was so kind and welcoming. I can’t wait to return and try more!
I’ve tried my fair share of boba shops, but this one easily stands out as a new favorite. The moment I walked in, the place felt bright, inviting, and well-kept. The menu had plenty of options without being overwhelming, and the staff were super friendly in helping me pick something out. They were patient, upbeat, and genuinely seemed happy to be there, which immediately made the experience better. Service was fast, and my drink came out beautifully prepared—sealed perfectly, with no sticky mess on the cup (which I weirdly appreciate). The tea itself was balanced just right, not overly sweet, and you could tell they used quality ingredients. The boba pearls were soft, chewy, and fresh, not the hard or mushy kind you sometimes get when shops cut corners. What really impressed me, though, was the customer service. One of the employees actually came by to check how everything was, asked if the sweetness level was good, and offered to make adjustments if needed. That kind of attentiveness is rare, especially in a busy shop, but it made me feel like they truly cared about the customer’s experience. The space was also spotless and comfortable, with plenty of seating to hang out and enjoy your drink. Even during a rush, they kept the line moving quickly while still taking time to greet everyone. Overall, this shop nails both the product and the experience. It’s the kind of place you can tell puts effort into every detail—friendly staff, fresh drinks, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more flavors, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a boba shop that goes above and beyond.
First, best boba tea in town, hands down! Second, the owner is such a sweetheart! Love the atmosphere, love the treats, all around great place to go if you’re looking for good boba tea!
I don't consume much boba and mostly went in to get boba for other people, so I can't say much about the quality of that. The cashier was nice and the games and deckrations look cute, but there was one thing immediately stood out in the both times I visited about a year apart from eachother: The inside of the restaurant smells like poop. I don't know why, it just does. I was surprised I didn't see something in any other reviews. My sister says it might just be how the tapioca smells while cooking, but I can't find anything to back that up. I hope it's just that. If that is just a normal smell for boba restaurants that I'm just mistaking for poop, I apologize and would recommend this restaurant to anyone that is used to that smell. But, if you are not used to that smell, I wouldn't recommend being in this restaurant for an extended period of time if you have a fragile apetite.
This place is normally pretty good and it’s the best boba place I’ve had so far, but they forgot something in my drink. I ordered the lychee green tea with boba and mango stars, I got the boba and lychee pieces that the drink already came with, but none of the mango. It was kind of annoying because I wanted to try it with the mango specifically, but oh well. I get if you didn’t have any, but you could have edited the website to say that so I wouldn’t waste money on nothing
This was the cutest boba shop ever. The drinks were incredible. I got a pineapple slush with strawberry popping boba. My friend got a passion fruit with boba. Both were fantastic. The decor was absolutely adorable. There were so many options including a cotton candy machine. There was plenty of seating, the chairs were a little small for a plus size body but still comfortable. There were games you could play at your table and lots of stuffies. It was the perfect spot for a fun and cute day date. I can't wait to take my kids and partner.
I fell in love, and sometimes just sit in my room and dream of yumi. The service was a little too slow and they got the order wrong. A swing and a miss. But I liked the canelo and whipped cream topped mocha frape which worked like a magnet or big zapper for a red head at Boss. I think the violin will be playing for the shoe dealer- not maker and His shoes- and it's the Devil's trill.
