Walmart Supercenter

It was good to shop at, but a couple of employees wouldn't help get some condiments (bbq) off the top the shelve. So I had to climb up to get it. Besides that, they bl had everything else I needed to shop for, which is great.

I went on sunday at 9:30 pm There are a lot of things, everything was very good, the mexican items are nice, just the place was a little messy

Ordered tires online for good price and had them installed here. They were able to add an oil change and windshield wiper as requested. Made an appointment for 6pm and arrived on time. We ate at Tokyo grill while the work was done. It took about 1.5 hours. Shop was very clean and employees did a great job as we didn’t have to wait long after eating. Would return for future work

I don't know what has happened to this store, but the Pickup service is ridiculous. Scheduled a pickup between 5-6. Got a notice after 5 that my order was delayed. Ran a few errands while waiting and ended up having to get dinner out since my order was late. 2 hours after my pick up time I got a notice that my order was ready, so I go to the store and the line to park for Pickup was all the way back to the parking lot entrance. Waited to get a spot for almost an hour, then once we were in a spot waited around 40 minutes. There was one poor guy dealing with all Pickup by himself, including having to go locate each order which is in no specific organization. No one else in the store could help in any way? I was trying to reschedule or cancel, but since I already said I was there the app basically trapped me. The poor guy walked out to about 10 angry customers in his face, and to his credit he was friendly and accepting of our frustration. I asked what would happen if I just left and he said you can come back tomorrow, so I left at almost 10pm without my items. Ended up cancelling today, I'll go somewhere else. I am required to give at least 1 star, and that star goes to the one employee working Pickup at Kenner Walmart on January 5, 2026.

This is a box retail store that tries to give a cheaper price on everyday logistics by selling products from other countries. This chain has solidified itself as a necessity for everyday items. The downside is inferior products and non healthy logistical resources but due to crippling rising inflation consumers have little choice. Just don't do delivery, you can't trust the store to give you what you order, ( they substitute what they are out of for a more expensive product instead of similar price), and the delivery people can not be trusted to red, understand English or deliver to the correct location. I've been told some have a scam where the drivers hijack the delivery and sell it for same value

Large store but couldn't find anyone around to help me in the electronic section. So I gave up. They also have decent sales on action figures

This place is so bad. The pick up orders are always delayed. They can’t even get a damn order ready. I tried reaching out to them and they wouldn’t even answer the phone. It’s so stupid how bad their costumer service is.
