Walmart

This is a pretty good Walmart. It’s not very big but it is clean. It has a Burger King and an ok selection.

I had ordered contacts at this location, when I was there they didn’t mark the box with what prescription goes to what eye. I called back and spoke to an extremely rude associate. She said she would put me on hold for a "couple" minutes. I was on hold for 37 minutes. I hung up and called back, she answered again and I told her how I was on hold and had waited over 35 minutes. She got really rude with me, very disrespectful. Zero customer service. Sounded very ignorant. She needs to move to another department, maybe outside fetching carts where she doesn’t interact with customers. I called back this morning and I spoke the sweetest lady named Alicia! She was so helpful and kind! Was able to pull up my prescription within seconds and get me on my way! Thank you Alicia!! You deserve a raise!! 🩷

Was greeted with a smile upon entering the store and my questions were answered promptly! These gestures were a nice surprise because it is not always the case. It showed excellent customer service! Please continue this behavior.

Walmart has everything I need. It's my one stop shopping experience. The employees are respectful, friendly n go out of their way to be helpful.

There's barelyspace for two carts to pass by. This store sells no produce or Meats, yet is crowded, it kind of takes away the joy of going to shoo for groseries.

I spoke to supposedly a manager named Abishek who didnt act anything like a supervisor or manager. I told them they canceled my tire order just because I rescheduled my appointment. Now walmart is trying to rip me off and charge me $70 more for the same tire. This is ridiculous and if they dont fix it I will cancel my walmart + account. Noone here takes any responsibility for anything.

Standard Walmart store. Two entrances. Never enough registers open. They have completely moved everything around since the last time I visited. I needed to buy some spray paint, and had to wait a really long time for the push-button call box thing to produce an employee. Did a curbside pickup and waited a full 20 minutes for that to be completed. Also, they used more bags than were needed for my items, unnecessarily charging me additional money for useless bags. Still, I prefer it to Target
