The store is very nicely organized and they have allot of items you won’t find in other stores.. but I cannot say the customer service is as nice as the store. Me and my husband went in tonight about 8-8:30 pm. There are barely any workers in the store, and the ones you do walk by say nothing to you. I went to ask a worker to help me find an item who was working the self checkout line. There was no one even in self checkout and barely any customers in the store. When I asked her where the item was she gave me a quick answer and before I could even respond she quickly walked off to go talk to her co-worker. It was very rude to be honest. She didn’t even wait to let me respond, see if there was anything else she could help with or anything. All she did was go to chat with coworkers and got on her phone. When we came back to check out she wasn’t even there to help us, but rather on her phone. I guess being on your phone and not helping customers, even though there is barely anyone in the store is the 2025 version of customer service at Pavillions

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Monica and Ralph in the bakery, and they were phenomenal from start to finish. They took the time to create the exact cupcakes I envisioned, perfect in both color and design. Ralph was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and Monica went above and beyond with her beautiful decorating work. Their care and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. I am beyond grateful! 🧁

Good cake collection. Cakes are good but sweeter

Nice organized store with variety of available cakes. I also love kids cart available which is nice to have. My kids love shopping here.

It's not Wegmans but it better than most other options in Laguna Niguel. Store is clean and has good options. Excellent champagne selection.

When the store was remodeled it was great, but then they decided to start doing some e shopper warehouse thing. Cut the store down by 1/3rd. You have to get there at the right time because the E Shoppers seem to big for the store. Taking most things for their orders. Makes one wonder why they took a third of the store if not for their own warehouse. Update, they now are putting their foot down to allowing pets (again we aren't talking bonafide service animals) in the store.

Love this location. The store is huge and plenty of space for everyone. The atmosphere is so relaxed compared to Costco or TJ. Parking is super easy. Everything is stocked beautifully and the staff very friendly and helpful. They have many selections of Asian groceries including thinly sliced meats!
