JANET HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS I'VE DEALT WITH IN A LONG TIME. 2/2 went inside the store Janet gave the wrong isle to me n aother customer. I purchased my item n NOT only did she not give my receipt but she FORGOT to give me my item.Im only given JANET THE 1STAR WHICH SHOULD BE A HALF A STAR.THE OTHER STAFF WAS WONDERFUL N HELPFUL.Lalita was sooo AWESOME!! She rectified the issue that JANET WOULDN'T.Much respect Lalita.

The pharmacist are super incompetent . I called because I never received a call for mu prescription which was supposed to be ready in the morning. They tell me I have5 prescriptions and give me just 4 . I notice when I got home because she never went over them like they usually do . Then I call and the same girl that helped me said she didn’t know what happened. Now I have to drive back and I don’t even live close while my child still in pain .

A girl named Alexandra at the pharmacy drive-thru has no empathy for my husband that just came out of surgery. We came in yesterday to pick up his medication and said we had to pick it up tomorrow and they would have it ready first thing in the morning, but to no avail, it did not happen. I explained he just got out of surgery and she had a smirk on her face. She needs to find a different job because she does not know how to treat customers.

Lori from this pharmacy was so rude ! She rolled her eyes inside whenever patients were asking her questions. Seemed annoyed and upset when we wanted to get our second prescription . Lori I hope things get better for u .

This Pharmacy is the worst place to go they kept me in drive through for over half hour to tell me to go back to the end of the line after they couldn't get my prescription together. absolutely rude.

Not sure if they are just severely understaffed or what but this is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. I have been waiting 2 days for some prescriptions and I really don't understand what the delay is. Tried to call, got cut off while on hold. Will be transferring to another pharmacy as soon as I get these last prescriptions.

Staff is always helpful and attentive. it's all abut how you treat people. It is a very busy pharmacy-they can only do so much to assist people. It is not the staff but the insurance, doctors and pharmaceutical companies that can make it difficult. People /customers are rude, impatient and disrespectful. It is not always the staff but the customers that are the problem.
