Consult October 2025 and still not 1 prior authorization sent to my insurance company and still no surgery date scheduled despite them scheduling consults with 3 doctors, 1 doctor doesn’t even perform the surgery and not one person can tell me why we are almost in March 2026 & still no prior authorization sent and no procedure date set. It’s greatly disappointing because both of the doctors were knowledgeable, kind and I was comfortable moving forward with either of them. Working with their administrative staff has been a nightmare. One would think someone, anyone could get it together between October 2025 and now.
If for some reason you purchase a product from this clinic keep in mind that their return policy is extremely unfriendly. Also make sure to check the expiration on the product you purchase. I bought a cream they recommended me during a visit and it was a days to expiration date. After doing my own research I decided not to use the cream. I tried to return it to them and they told me they couldn’t accept it since it was past the 15 day mark I mentioned to them that the cream was not opened and also to very few days of expiration but they didn’t care and I never got any portion of my payment or credit for future use. I’m stuck with an expensive expired cream that I would never use since is not suitable for my skin type. 👎
I received excellent care today at UW Health Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery from Stephanie Faucher, a highly experienced and knowledgeable nurse practitioner. Liquid nitrogen treatments for seborrheic keratoses and other skin issues—especially on the face and around the eyes—can feel a little daunting. So it’s essential to trust the skills and expertise of your medical professional, and this is where Stephanie earns not five stars but ten! She carefully explained the procedure and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Every staff member I encountered—from the front desk to billing—was kind and helpful. Highly recommend!
Best Place and Dr Marcus and team are all extremely efficient with Quality standards! I've had couple surgeries over past 12 years, Definitely recommend!! Thank You for the BEST care I've ever received. I'm filled with Gratitude:-
I had implants put in after a double mastectomy in Illinois. These began to come through my skIn. I was told I had to go to UW Madison for flaps. My doctor John Siebert made me feel at ease and has worked on my reconstruction ever since. He did a wonderful job. He has a great bedside manner. Making you feel at ease every step of the way. Transformations was a wonderful experience. But I must say everyone has been great all the staff.
I would give twice as many stars if I could. I received the best care by the best of the best! Everyone involved was a committed professional as well as kind, caring, and a truly wonderful individual. Thank you, all of you. And Dr. Marcus you are amazing!!!
I had a very good experience with Dr Rao and his RN Paige. The one bad experience was when I discovered I was not given enough 4x4 pads to last until my 1-week follow up. I stopped in the clinic and asked for few more to get through (3 days worth). When the patient care rep asked an RN about (not Paige) this RN was very rude and vocal "We can't just give these out" "We are not a hospital" " "Just tell her to go to Walmart to get some" This was all said loud enough for myself and everyone in the waiting area to hear. I was made to feel cheap and grasping. Certainly not the famous patient-centered care UW touts. The patient care rep returned to me but saw my face and said "You heard that, didn't you?" Please note, I had no problem with getting more pads from the store, I just thought I would inquire first. I also work in healthcare and understand some of the reasons for limiting supply. A simple"No, I am sorry but we are limited in our ability to hand out more, but these can be found at Walmart for about $5" would have been enough. Otherwise, I have been very happy with my care at Transformations.
