I could not be more pleased with my experience with Dr. Robertson and his entire staff. From my very first consultation, I was impressed by how knowledgeable, patient, and professional everyone was. I had a deep plane facelift along with upper and lower blepharoplasty. I am so happy with the results. I finally have a defined jawline at the age of 55. The best part are the compliments I am getting. People notice something more refreshed about my appearance but can't pin it down which is what I wanted - to not look like I had a facelift. Instead, they say my skin looks so good, or I don't look so tired, or did I get a new style of a haircut. In short, all the compliments notice a remarkably younger me. Dr. Robertson and his team have continued to be exceptional weeks after my surgery. They are genuinely invested in my recovery and satisfaction. I started to use their skin products and they are the best I have tried - even surpassing more expensive products like La Mer. This has been nothing short of a first rate experience working with everyone at the clinic.

Going through perimenapause, I started losing my skin elasticity, seeing the signs of jowls and sinking jawline, and just started looking tired. This is when I started looking into a mini facelift and an upper blepharoplasty. At 44, I was really nervous as I didn't want to look much different or overpulled; I just wanted to look natural, refreshed and rested. And I wanted to have my younger clean jawline back. I had consultations with several doctors. I chose Dr. Robertson and cannot be happier with the results! Dr. Robertson explained the procedures thoroughly, made me feel very comfortable before and after the surgery, called after the surgery to check in, made himself available to answer any questions I had at any time of the day. The center is very clean, his staff are very kind and friendly. I have very high expectations of my doctors and service providers. Dr Robertson and his team have exceeded them. I look beautiful and cannot be happier with the results!

I had one HALO treatment with Bao. She is so friendly and caring. She explained everything in detail and let me know at all times where we were at in the procedure. It's been 2 months and my skin looks amazing! I'm scheduled for one more treatment. I highly recommend Robertson Cosmetic Center, and Bao!

Dr. Robertson and all the staff I've met are just wonderful. They're professional, compassionate, caring and supportive. I had a mini facelift done in June and lip filler in August. I'm extremely happy with both. The results of the lift have changed my self image and outlook. I was given a bagful of Obagi skin care products and they are the best I've ever had. I have been a long time patient for minor cosmetic services, recently electing to do something a little more substantial. Dr. Rosen was amazing! She was spot on in describing the procedure and recovery, keeping it very real. I am elated with the outcome! Everyone there was very nice and friendly, including my injector. However, when I got lip filler, I had to come back to get it fixed because it was bumpy. So I had to get a full second syringe. I only ever get one, so that was quite out of my budget. My lips barely looked like I had one syringe in, and the filler only lasted about 4 months. In the past, my filler has lasted about a year. I felt pretty upset and bummed given how much money I spent.

The office is welcoming, modern, clean and bright which gives you confidence in how the business is run. All staff were pleasant to deal with. Dr Rosen was great! Professional, informed, organized office, easy to understand explanations of procedures and after care. Gave realistic expectations and sound advice based on experience. UPDATED: This review is based on my experience as an almost 59 yr old male having gone through an upper blepharoplasty. At the time of this posting, I am 7 days into recovery, still have "mild" swelling and very satisfied with the results. If there are any gentlemen on the fence about getting this procedure done, set up the initial consultation and ask all the questions important to you. I won’t lie, the first three days can be trying, but it’s the end goal you have to keep in mind. The consultation visit to set up the procedure was seamless. The information provided by Dr. Rosen and Meg was on-point and thorough. Informational packet was nicely done and competently explained complete with relevant contact phone numbers, information on what to expect, to-do, not-to-do…etc. Meg (surgical Nurse) is beyond ludicrous awesome…! Thorough, professional, organized and has a genuinely warm personality that made me feel like we had known each other for years. So very happy I had Dr. Rosen Perform the procedure. I would describe her as professional, dedicated, attentive and compassionate. She was selected for the highly sought after fellowship at the Buckingham center in Austin, Texas and I can now understand why… her work is exceptional! My experience at Robertson cosmetic center was phenomenal. Even though I am almost older than Dr. Rosen and Meg combined…. The experience I had, made me feel like they were my two older sisters taking care of their little brother who came home from the park crying from a scraped knee.
