UR Medicine Dermatology – Red Creek

Last week I called and explained what's going on and they said that I just have to get a referral and I can be seen. So I call my Dr they send over a referral along with a photo as they requested and I get a reply from Dr. Alice Pentland through mychart saying that this looks normal and I cannot schedule an appointment. So I then call to see what this was about because as they were originally told this has changed size and color and it is now tender at times there is alot of pain. They still absolutely REFUSE to see me as the photo looks good. I'm sorry I didn't know you knew what this looked like a year ago and you can feel what I feel from this. This office and Dr is an absolute joke I will be going to another dermatologist even if you now said I could come in I have NO confidence in you whatsoever.

This is an excellent dermatological practice. The facility is clean and bright. Office staff is very friendly. Dr. Mercurio is competent and friendly. There's always a resident with her, which is great.
