I was totally satisfied in every way with my visit to Dr. Karen Smith. Securing the appointment by phone was expedient; and registering went quickly with the help of the kind front desk professional. Dr. Smith is caring, and sensitive. My situation was very unusual, but she understood the problem and explained it clearly. She developed a strategic plan of care. I am deeply grateful and look forward to using Dr. Smith and this firm for all of my dermatological issues.

Great experience. The doctor and medical staff were wonderful and made me feel at ease. I was happy to find out that Karen was able to do a biopsy regarding one of my issues, and more importantl to take care of an issue while I was there that hopefully will take care of the issue for good. I'm thankful that they were able to take new patients. Btw, when setting up my appointment via phone and arriving for my appointment, the receptionist was wonderful.

Always love the staff at this clinic like the nurses and doctors. However, the two ladies at the front desk are beyond disrespectful and do not accommodate to the patients. I was being sassed at by both of them and was feeling disrespected at the way they were both speaking to me when I was just speaking to them nicely. I have been going here for years and they do not change. They have also done this to my mom when she would go into my appointments with me. Needs to change.

I'm so glad I canceled my appointment here. I spoke with the receptionist (old woman, raspy voice). She wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise and kept talking over me, entirely steam rolling the conversation. When I finally told her that I needed to reschedule, the wait time was so long that by the time a doctor was available my insurance would be changing. She insisted I still schedule there, but I stated that I wanted to see what other providers would be in the network of my new insurance. She again badgered me to schedule there, and when I stated I was wary of and unimpressed with the practice's google ratings she just straight up hung up on me. So, bullet dodged I guess. Stay way from this place. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

First time I've ever been inclined to write a review in my life: insanely rude lady on the other line when I called in with a billing question. Patronizing, aggressive, continuously interrupting me, cut me off to put me on hold, then cut me off and hung up on me. Place just lost me and my family's business.

Doctor Gordon was okay but they never will honor your appointments. You have to come here and wait at least an hour to be seen which defeats the whole purpose of making an appointment. Pointless
