Alexandra did my hair and makeup for my husband and I’s one year anniversary photoshoot. And I have to say she did an absolutely amazing job. I’m very happy with her work and my photos came out great. If you ever need your hair and makeup done go see her. She’s the best! I will definitely see her again in the future.

Adrian… my fiancée and I loved you! Today was unique and we went through two other helpers before you came into our presence, When you began to show us what we needed, It was Inspiring, On just want to send a big thanks from both of us. My fiancé is Hispanic if you remember us, that’s wonderful. If not, I hope this gets out to every member of your team… We might just go ahead and bring you a thank you card and that is unusual for us to go out of our way to do something like this, but we do feel as if we had the best customer service we could’ve ever expected. I wanted to leave a review for Brianna. She was able to help me and my daughter all over the store from the perfume over to brushes and makeup. Plus I wanted to add a part for Adrean. He is always able to make my trip in wonderful and rememberable. Plus he is so well educated in his craft.

I went in to get color matched for foundation today and Adrian at the clinique counter helped me out, and I could not be more thankful for him. He was so nice, incredibly helpful, and genuinely just lifted my spirits. if you need help with anything in the store, ask Adrian

Last week I went into Ulta on the lookout for Doll10 products. I was bummed to learn that they didn’t carry them–as unbeknownst to me—Doll10 isn’t sold anywhere but online. HOWEVER, before I gave up in finding anything that would work for my age-transitioning skin, Adrian interceded and put me onto Clinique. He was incredibly knowledgeable and understanding of my concerns regarding my changing skin. Instead of dropping money on products that I would have tried and hated (ultimately wasting money on) I came home with products that have worked flawlessly! I’m so grateful this store is staffed with angels like Adrian. He will forever be my go-to in the future.

Shyenne, Allison, Diana I had the absolute best experience thanks to Shyenne, Allison and Store manager Diana. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism. They was incredibly knowledgeable about all the makeup products and took the time to help me find the perfect shades for my skin tone. Their recommendations were spot-on — my eyeshadow looks flawless, has become my new favorite. I wish I could give these ladies 10 stars!
