The ladies at this location are top notch. They are the most friendly and customer service minded people and you really don't see that prioritized at other retail stores like they do this one. It makes us happy to return! We see the manager Michelle every time we go in and shes so helpful. For us, Sephora is the place to go to find the perfect fragrance. There is a whole wall of testers for both women and men so you are sure to return to continue building your personal collection.

Bailey was amazing. She is very knowledgeable in skin care and she did not make me feel judged at all for not knowing about skin care routines.

My wife loves shopping here. They have a massive selection for women. The staff is always super nice to us when we come in. They have a small selection of mens cologns and face products. They also have a very nice return police and let you try samples. The staff is also very knowledgeable.

The lady that was working in the store i had asked her were a item was and she said it should be on the back wall and she never stop what she was doing to help or assist me after i asked a 2nd time. No other customers were in the store so she could’ve very easily assisted me this happened at about 11:15 AM on Saturday May 24 very displeased with the service of this young lady. She was the only one working as well.

Horrible experience. Employees constantly following and watching me like a hawk. But when I actually need assistance they’re no where to be found. It makes the shopping experience terrible! Teach your employees how to treat customers with respect instead of steering them away from giving you their money.
