If you ever need to get your hair done, Eyleen is your girl!! I started seeing her in 2024 and she helped my hair get so much healthier and longer. She colors and cuts hair so well and has my highlights looking so good each and every time! Not only that but she’s also the nicest human being and provides great service!

Shout out to Brianna! I’ve been on the hunt for a foundation that matched my color and complexion type. She helped me pick out a matching foundation from a product line I hadn’t considered after asking me just a few questions. Brianna is very knowledgeable about all product lines in the store and was able to give some tips and tricks. While I continued to browse, she assisted other customers with kindness. Wonderful customer service experience today.

I visited the Ulta Salon at the Forum and had an awesome experience. I had Claire and she was very professional and meticulous. We had a conversation about what look I wanted and I was undecided. So I take my 10 year old daughter to get her a face moisturizer slash exfoliating machine. I ask this salesman to help me and the first thing he says after I describe what I'm looking for is it's really expensive after looking at me up and down with a very condescending voice as if I couldn't afford it. I will never give this place my business again if they like to treat people that might not be so perfectly dressed and don't fit there criteria for who should be buying there products. I still bought the product but felt like I shouldn't have even thought my daughter really felt hurt

I rate it lower due to accessibility. I hadn’t been into an Ulta in about 7 years, and this was my first time going back in and trying to get around in my wheelchair was a nightmare. Everything was so tightly cramped together and I do not remember it being this difficult to wheel around. I personally felt like a burden to other customers because no one could even get around me, and my wheelchair isn’t even that big. And on top of that, the sensors on the doors are so sensitive that just being near the front doors made the alarms go off (the metal on my chair sometimes makes the sensors go off but only when exiting) so the whole experience was very overwhelming and uncomfortable so I just left.

I had such a wonderful experience at Ulta this week! My teenage granddaughter has a birthday coming up. She LOVES Ulta, so I decided on a gift card. She had specifically asked for body glitter. Not knowing what glitter costs and to make sure I gave her enough money on her card, I asked for some assistance. Sergio stepped up and provided me the ins and outs of body glitter! Different brands, prices, scents! I was so impressed with this young man and his knowledge of your products! He knew where everything was and what it cost. I mean Customer Service at its best! With a smile and a fantastic attitude! He truly represents Ulta in such a way that makes me want to come back! Thank you for hiring the best!

Yelena does amazing work every time! Very professional, welcoming and attentive. I always leave feeling happy and confident with my hair. Highly recommend her!
