I absolutely love the atmosphere and ladies, Jasmine and Anna, for a wonderful hair and makeup experience. They worked together to ensure my services went smoothly. I had my makeup done first by Jasmine and then my hair by Anna! My makeup was excellent and I received compliments. Anna cut all my bad hair away and made it come back to life! It was so soft and had volume. They were both helpful, courteous, and friendly. They both got me right for graduation and even extended a hand to helping me with my cap and hood! Thank you ladies for all you did for me! I would highly recommend them and their services!

I went to pick up an order and hadn’t been to Ulta in about a year, so I wasn’t sure where the pickup area was. I asked an employee for help and she looked over at the station without saying anything, which made me feel stupid for asking. She then stared at me for a long moment and asked for my ID without saying please or thank you. The interaction was rude and uncomfortable, and I’ve never been treated like that as a customer. That kind of behavior is not okay.

About a month ago, I was at the register getting ready to pay. The cashier did not greet me when I approached , almost as if she was rushing me trying to finish her shift since their was 1 more hour left before closing. During checkout, I attempted to hand her the orange Ulta bag (as I have done on previous visits without issue), and she abruptly told me, "No, you leave that in back over there," without saying please or offering any explanation. This was confusing to me, as I have always handed the bag to the cashier in the past without any problem. The tone and lack of basic courtesy felt unwelcoming. After I completed my purchase and was preparing to leave, I left the bag at the register. She tells me to leave the ulta bag in the back , i told her no but in a none offensive rude way . The cashier then loudly sighed and said something along the lines "Ugh, you really just couldn’t leave the bag over there, really? " loud enough for others to hear. I found this behavior unprofessional and disappointing. I have enjoyed shopping at your store in the past, but this interaction made me reconsider returning. I hope this feedback can help improve the customer experience moving forward.

This is the second time I have a negative encounter with the employee Savannah, she has a HORRIBLE attitude and no customer service what so over. The first time I gave her some grace because we all have bad days, but a second time and different visit is crazy. How do you have a stanky attidue at a job YOU chose if you are unhappy DONT WORK THERE. Management should do better and choose better employees especially at a beauty store where people ask a lot of questions and desire help. When i asked her what the options for the birthday gifts where she responded with a heavy attitude and said " ITS ON YOUR PHONE " like wow thanks for making me feel dumb! Im not saying dont say that, but that is not very costumer service like, its all about your tone and delivery and clearly other reviews seem to agree that Savannah is not a great fit! Do better Savannah!!!!!

Terann- was the absolute BEST!!! I don't know much about makeup but I needed a blend for scars on my skin face to be exact. She took her time with me, she was very patient, kind and knowledgeable. I SINCERELY appreciate her and if I'm ever in need of anything makeup wise... I'll definitely be back. Thank you missy!!!!

The store was clean but low on stock—honestly, Savannah is the reason for my 5-star rating! She is incredibly knowledgeable about undertones and helped me find the perfect foundation match between Estée Lauder and Benefit. She also suggested a Juvia’s Place blush and bronzer combo that looks stunning. Savannah really went the extra mile to make sure I left happy. She’s so talented—don’t let her hard work go unnoticed!

My daughter has attempted more than twice to receive services from this stylist, and each experience has been disappointing. Today, she had a scheduled appointment and was literally five minutes away when she received a call to reschedule for later that same day. Then, as she was preparing for the rescheduled appointment, it was canceled altogether. Professional courtesy should go both ways. Clients make arrangements, take time off, and plan their schedules accordingly. Last-minute changes and cancellations — especially repeated ones — show a lack of organization and respect for customers’ time. It appears there may have been issues with documenting appointments properly or maintaining accountability for scheduled services. Unfortunately, based on these repeated experiences, I would not recommend their salon services. I would suggest seeking professionals who value reliability and timely communication.
