If you are looking for a dermatologist that has the nicest staff ever then UDERM should definitely be on your list. From the front desk, to the nurses, and back to the checkout every single person I met was super nice and friendly.. Dr Miller was amazing! After I had gotten home he personally called me to make sure I understood my medication and the steps we are taking to healing my pyoderma gangrenosum. I will definitely recommend them!

After just a few minutes I was taken to an exam room and quickly got to see the nurse-practitioner. She was thorough and efficient but listened to my concerns. I was definitely pleased with the staff and health care providers.

The staff and doctors at Uderm are simply the best ever! They are empathetic, caring, honest, and knowledgeable. After treating a resistant wart for over 10 years, Dr. Susong and Alissa have worked together to create a treatment plan minimized my pain, kept the treatments on regular schedule, and effectively used a variety of treatments both old and new to kill the wart and stop the spread. I am so happy to report the wart is gone if not almost gone in less than 6 months. The receptionists are also amazing! Each of them greet patients with a smile, each have been so patient and helpful, and their kindness has been consistent. I appreciate each of them. Thanks to all of them!!

Amazing doctor visit. Very friendly check in. Almost no wait . Ashley talked about my skin condition and the first plan didn't work but she had another plan in mind. Very respectful and to the point. This center is not like others who walk in with the nitro can in hand and just keep spraying. The techs at UDerm are working on the cause not just going through the motions and collecting insurance

This is the most responsive and kind office I’ve ever experienced. They always return my calls quickly—often within just a few hours—and work hard to schedule appointments within a reasonable timeframe. I’ve been dealing with some skin issues lately, and what I’ve appreciated most is their kindness and care. While my issue isn’t fully resolved yet, I feel confident that Dr. Susong and the staff are doing everything possible to help me heal.

Comfortable, quiet, spacious waiting room. Efficient check in and prompt call with minimal wait time. Courteous, professional treatment from everyone in the office. This was an annual check up after numerous previous appointments. All have been equally satisfactory. A doctor’s visit I don’t dread.

Dr Susong and his staff have always given excellent care. The are kind and caring to all of their patients and always go above and beyond with your care to listen to you.
